We visited one evening in July. The restaurant was quite full and the vibe was good. The service, however, was unattantive throughout the dinner we had. Food was quite good and can be recommended.

Brunch-type foods served through lunch time. Fast service so you can still catch your tour bus back to Quebec City.

Atmosphere is warm and friendly, so is the staff. But above all is the food .This is quite unique my wife and I chose the Thomahawk 3 course meal. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection and the taste of venison meat was like no other. The restaurant is about 20 minutes from downtown Quebec City but well worth... More

A mix of deer, elk and bison was in the meal we choose. So tasty and tender that i ate more than i could. We ordered the 5 services option and the meat soup, salade and everything we got was tasty. While the menu was full of choices i recommend getting the 3 meat option with the 5 service to... More

Great decor, ambience and lighting! Went for dinner had Parmesan fondue, salmon, (campbells) mushroom soup and wapiti. Portions were a good size, rice was very undercooked and chewy, gravy for wapiti was from a package. Service was unremarkable. For the price and the look of the restaurant, expected a lot more. A tourist trap with no English menu! Improvement in... More

The Sagamite has great traditional food (wild meats, fish etc) that is hard to find at other restuarants. The price is very reasonable and the atmostphere is great.

Great food and amazing service with a beautiful, modern and cultural decor! My 6 year old loved their pizza which my husband and I also loved (unique but also very tasty condiments) but their whole menu was great. My husband loved the bison Osso Bucco!

Dining at The Sagamite is a must if visiting Wendake. We had our lunch there after a 25 minutes walk from the site traditionnel huron. We got an excellent local dish:the burger de wapiti(elk meat, bacon, cheese), salad, fries, vegetable soup and refillable coffee/tea.They cook it deliciously, the elk meat is juicy and tasteful. Also come with bread, butter & margarine.Presentation is good too!...
