Dined here on duck with dumplings (delicious) and beef filet with dumplings (tasty but not quite so convincing, mainly due to the rivers of sauce it was drowned in)... Lovely service.

Very friendly and concerned about their customers. The food was great and very authentic. We had a great server and made our dining experience very enjoyable.
We had diner here in July 2018 outside at the terrace. Nice but small chicken snitzel. French fries were a small portion and costed 48 czk (€2). Not good value for money! The beer was larger and cheaper! The trout was not fresh, tasted very...fishy. Not recommended! Friendly staff.More
As a group of fluent english/german speakers, I was astonished that ordering Coca Cola proved to be such a struggle. The lemonade was also a confusion - we were presented with some kind of mint infusion with some herbs (one can only hope that they...were indeed herbs) swimming around in the glass, with almost as little purpose as the service itself. After 50 minutes of waiting, I was eventually presented with a slightly cold burger, proving quite a pyrexic phenomenon, as the bun of the burger had been burnt to the colour one might expect of funeral clothing. I’m not the strongest chef myself, but I am fairly confident I could make myself a far superior burger in half the time, for half the price.More
After spending some time reading reviews to find out a restaurant in Litomerice square, we chose to visit restaurant U Zlatého Bazanta. I do not know, if They are writing their reviews by themselves. To be honest. Only positive was a really friendly and cute...staff. Food and beverages terrible. Small portions, without taste, expensive. Homemade lemonade was a joke. It looks like, They are buying it somewhere and than sell it as their homemade product. Next evening we have visited near restaurant Radnicni Sklipek, and it was excellent there. Sadly, the reviews here seems to be written by their staff.More
The food was great and service as well. I am sorry that there is only a few places like this in our region where you would get a Ginger tea with a honey and lemon automatically without asking for it. Also the soup and the...food was really good. Recommend to visit when you are in Litomerice.More
I have visited that restaurant solo, and with my friends - ever high standar warm and willing staff. We have tested several meals - everybodysatisfied. Good combination between Czech and European kitchen. I time of good weter outsite, in front of restaurant some tables with...umbrelas and with excellent view to historical square.More
We were seated out on the patio...perfect location right off the main square. There is very little traffic so very little noise. We received the menu quickly and ordered our drinks which also came quickly. We finished our drinks and had to look for someone...to take our order...not something we would normally do but the food that came out at tables around us looked really good. We ordered two different chicken dishes and the wild boar steak. The dishes came out they were well prepared and just excellent. This is definitely a place you will want to return too many times.More
Thank you for your review. We are glad you were happy with us. We wish good luck on the road
Great food. Best fried purple cabbage! I also had duck that was very good. Companion had salmon salad very good. Prices were very reasonable. Right on the town square with free parking on Saturday. Good service. Clean restroom.
The location is very nice, right on the main square. You can observe the nice square while waiting for your meal. We had enough time for that as we were waiting some 45 minutes for our meal which was too long bearing in mind the...restaurant was not too busy. As we were in no hurry we have relaxed and did not bother too much. The meals were ok. It was nothing exciting, but good meals.More
We like this place, although a few things could be better. The service was better the first day we had visited it, the food was nice, I liked the soup made of carrots a lot, my boyfriend liked the starter - pate with a toast....The place is divided in smoking and non- smoking area. The non- smoking area was basically full. The other one was almost empty.More
