Fine food on a good location! We sat on the outside because the weather was to nice to go indoors. Decent food for a good price! Friendly staf that spoke enough English to help tourist from outside of the Czech Republic

I took some visitors from the US to this restaurant on September 29, 2019. Although there were many restaurants to choose from, we chose this one, and our decision could not have been better. We sat outside, with a wonderful view of the square. The...waitstaff were very friendly and fast, and the fool exceptional. I had the Chicken Supreme with mashed potatoes and carrots. One colleague had the beef cheeks; the other had the duck, cabbage, and dumplings. All were very satisfied. We will be going back soon with more visitors. It is worth the drive from Prague.More

We stopped for a late lunch, surprised how busy the place was. Despite that the service was very fast and warmly friendly. Food great, non-alcoholic beer on tap and a fine view of the city square.

We were lucky to get a table and glad that we did. We went into the cellar which is spectacular. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was superb. Would definitely recommend.

This restaurant is quite deep underground in an old wine or beer cellar. Not good for disabled access, I’m afraid, but very atmospheric. We had a big bowl of olives to share as a starter, a bottle of local red wine from Litomerice which was nice...and dry. Lovely wild boar, also pork tenderloin. Would heartily recommend this restaurant. A cheap meal but god qualityMore

I've eaten here a handful of times and the charm of the cave like atmosphere never gets old. Extremely attentive staff and well executed czech dishes washed down with local wines. It's a must if you're in litomerice.

What a wonderful find! This was recommended by the owner of the penzion we were staying at and was just brilliant. The cellars set a brilliant atmosphere for diners. The menu is brilliant, the waiters very attentive (and spoke excellent English) and there was a...great wine list, including several local wines. I had the chicken broth to start which was very tasty but my partner scored with the amazing beetroot carpaccio with cream cheese. Best starter he’s had in a long time he felt. We then both had brilliant main courses: wild pig with chestnut mash and roast chicken with pea purée. Both beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Desserts can often be a let down we find...bit not here. Stewed Apple pancakes and chocolate fondant were both delicious. It’s a good job we’re on a cycling holiday and getting plenty exercise or we would be piling on the pounds after such a wonderful meal! Cost: all the above plus bottle of wine...came to less than £40More

The restaurant looks rather like a mouse-hole from the street, but following the stairs down into the centuries-old cellar there is a good amount of seating, more tunnels and plenty of delicious options for eating and drinking, both traditional and modern. Try the furthest down...of the chambers for a party of up to about fourteen. If you have difficulty with stairs or you are very tall, bear in mind that there are lots of stairs and low ceilings, but there is also great food and first class beer, so it's worth the effort.More

This restaurant is for me the best in the town Litomerice. Visited several times, always very satisfied. The level of the service, meals and wine is very high. I can suggest for business lunch, special occasions and also for romantic dinners. Do not forget to...order regional wines, they are offering the best ones.More

This restaurant is not easy to spot from the road and when you open the door you are led down some steps to the cellar. The food was average and I will probably not return.
