Lovely venue and great staff but twice the price we paid on the water front for what is effectively a selection of starters and a bottle of wine is too much. Don't go here if you have fussy kids as there is no menu and no price list. Your just hit with a bill at the end of the night... More

Great food, a great atmosphere and setting. The 5 litres of Rose is a big surprise and the family owners are very friendly.

We visited twice during our 2 weeks at Neilson and enjoyed both meals The food is very different to the Greek norm with limited choice but they do accommodate likes and dislikes. Some of the multiple courses are absolutely superb - especially both the slow cooked lamb and cheese pies with honey. The huge bottle of wine is very difficult... More

Mahi and Cathy make you very welcome in fine English. They have a standard menu of the evening which they change to suit your taste. Cathies cooking is wonderful. The local wine is good as well. We had the beef in a sauce wich was delicious

It's hard to over praise this place. Follow the signs to find it tucked away in a back street above the village. Eat in a pretty terrace or inside surrounded by quirky antiques. Mother and daughter run the place with a hugely welcoming demeanour and the food is awesome. There is limited choice but it's enough. Simply say what you... More

" Dear Mahi and Kathy I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how wonderful you two are and how much we appreciated the whole meal experience two weeks ago when we were... More

If staying at Neilson you must visit this unusual restaurant. Mum, Dad and daughter run this restaurant which is full of life and character. Excellent freshly cooked food, loads of wine served in 6 litre bottles and just an evening to always remember your stay in Greece by

Found this tavern tucked away at the top of the village. The family that ran and cooked the food made us feel that we had been invited for a family meal which was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent and the wine beautifully chilled. Our children were made to feel special which went towards creating a memorable and very happy... More
