Wanted to address the lack of attention and assertiveness of the waiters and management here. This was not the first time we have frequented this restaurant. Service was slow. Constantly startled and jumping in my seat, by a family seated inside and nearby with a...barking dog. Regarding current Anticovid regs, allowed a couple to walk in without masks. Thruout the meal they and others were walking around without masks. I observed that the waiters and management appeared to be young and perhaps this is why this was allowed to happen. Lunch for two here was not cheap, and our meal was pretty much ruined. This restaurant has lost my respect and business.More

This is one of our favourite restaurants in all of Ciociaria - for atmosphere and sheer passion. Chef Carlo is reviving ancient traditions and cooks for the entire restaurant on a wood stove, using his grandmother's recipes. He's also supporting local foragers, farmers and vignerons...to provide meaningful opportunities for their produce which gets a huge thumbs up from us 👍 Possibly the highest accolade you could ever get is taking our Ciociarian family members here and they swoon over every menu item ❤️ Authentic, passionate, friendly team and you simply can't beat the punk rock emanating from the kitchen ⭐ 21st century punk cuisine with thousands of years tradition 👊More

A small place carefully managed by two young persons, with a nice menu of few local traditional options. We liked first courses better, and the setting with some nice modern antique industrial and food brand items in the room. Prices were more than reasonable, and...they welcome families, travelers as well as obvious solo regulars.More
