We went there every morning without fail to have one of their freshly prepared garlic, cayenne pepper, ginger and orange juice shots. It's a place that offers knowledgeable truly healthy fare, which is not really evident in many paces in Harbour Island!
We just stepped in to have smoothies for the children and rum cocktails for us. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere. They serve one lunch dish changing every day and the menu looked good.
Drinks had been really good. This is the place to pick...up the morning coffee or others.
We will go there tomorrow for picking up our health shot.More
On our visit the daily lunch special was brans&rice, native cooked yam, fried plantains, and spicy slaw. Is was filling and delicious. My son had the PLT (portobello mushroom instead of bacon) and declared it awesome. We found the prices to be reasonable and the...service gracious and kind.More
We had lunch here during our short visit to Harbour Island. It’s a cute little restaurant near the harbor with a few seats on the terrace and a few more inside. Service was fast and friendly. The dish of the day was cauliflower curry and...it was excellent. It was accompanied by some delicious little bread slices. My Monkey Bowl was mostly yogurt with some walnuts and a bit overpriced for what I got. I thought it came with sliced bananas but I didn’t see any. Our juices were very good. We were glad to eat healthy here, but it's not cheap. Portions are on the small side and we were still a bit hungry when we left. It was the most expensive meal we had during our stay in Eleuthera.More
The Sweet Spot is a cute, cozy place to eat a healthy lunch or breakfast. Owner is a local native that is super friendly as well as her staff. I ate outside at a rustic table with cushions with a great view of the bay...since it’s on Bay Road which is a great location for people watching locals & people driving by on golf carts. I highly suggest checking out The Sweet Spot while visiting Harbour Island.More
