Queen Conch is possibly my favorite restaurant on the island. I enjoy it so much I came twice one day for lunch and dinner. The Conch Fritters were like little hush puppies, and for dinner I had the lamb, wonderful. Now don't go in any sort of hurry or when you're immediately hungry. Not a good idea. It is definitely... Huge fresh conch salad made to order. As spicy as you want it. It's right on Bay Street and they will make it as spicy as you wish. Lavonne and Chanella were so friendly!

Try the conch curry bowl. Delicious and always fresh. Might have to wait so don't go if you are in a rush to get in and out.

A quick day trip to Harbor Island had to include a stop at Queen Conch according to our driver. And true to form it was terrific. It was a light day on the island as most businesses are wrapping up the season. We stepped up to the cutting board and put our order in and watched conch salad materialize before... More

The Queen Conch has been a great surprise in Harbour Island! In clear contrast with the luxury hotel restaurants, this simple but excellent restaurant, frequented also by locals, is a good alternative in terms of quality/price ratio. The dishes are freshly prepared according to recipes of the local cuisine, tasty and delicious. Please note, they only accept cash. We found... More

What was most disappointing was they server potcake....that's Bahamian for the hardened rice at the bottom of the pot.

Such a cute place in town and the conch salad is amazing! Well worth the visit and get there early as they get so busy and you can end up waiting a long time if you arrive late.

I would like to thank Richard, his Wife and the folks at the Queen Conch for the great start to our afternoon on the island. We actually met Them on the taxi on our way out one day, it was Richard's birthday. We weren't quite sure about eating conch since we don't usually do that (it was our first long... More

On our first afternoon in HI, we stopped in to have some "freshest" conch salad made with care right in front of us. It was delicious--I preferred the spicier version but my daughter and husband enjoyed the mild. The portions were large enough to bring some home for cocktail hour enjoyment with some crackers. Be sure to get your host... More

When we stopped by for lunch the towns power was out so the only thing available was the Conch Salad. They prepare each salad fresh with all kinds of goodies. It took 15 minutes for them to chop everything up right in front of you. Right on the water and gorgeous. The flies are a problem though.
