Owner is very disrespectful. I was on vacation with my husband who is a local. I came from Canada for a very short vacation. We arrived here early in the morning from the mainland (Kingstown). Me and hubby decided to have breakfast, this guy (owner), asked his staff to tell us to leave because my husband clothes is inappropriate. I... More

We've eaten breakfast and lunch there are few times. The menu is basic international. Nice atmosphere - the owner is obviously into sailing and there are mementos dotted around the walls. Quality of food was reasonable for what it is. Service can be variable (this seems endemic to Bequia), though we were usually served fairly quickly. Nice view of the... More

A terrace restaurant with beautiful views of the harbour and right near the ferry dock. We stopped here for breakfast and the food was good. The service was the typical island pace, a little slow but it let us relax and enjoy the views.

It was ok. We only had 2 beers but I didn't dare placing my arms on the table because it was so sticky (and it was not due to the heat ;-). Two schoolboys were watching TV on the couch which I found cute, the other guests were sailing tourists. You can also leave a donation in a box for... More

Coming to Caribbean for 20 years and have been enjoying excellent hospitality -----but Maria's must be the worst ever! Situated on main street in Port Elizabeth is a great location so we went upstairs for a beer at sunset. Location was nice and barmaid nice so we decided to stay for food- what a mistake. ,!!!, WITH NOBODY AHEAD OF... More

Got to be the worst cheeseburger ever! And took nearly two hours to come! No apology and got the bill wrong. I hope they improve as they couldn't get worse.

Went here for lunch. The restaurant has a big balcony overlooking the harbor and the vendors on the street below. The food was average and not really value for money, but the atmosphere was good and the staff friendly.

We stopped into to Maria's for a drink and saw lion fish on the menu. We ordered a plate and enjoyed the fish (slightly oily and sweet). The slaw and fries were also good. Drinks were great as was the view.

Went to Marias for burgers and chips as a treat for the kids. After a long long long long wait the burgers arrived. My son bit into his and I am not joking - there was blood running down his chin as the meat was so raw. It appears that the burgers had been cooked from frozen and were charred... More
