Disappointing food - veg dry and over cooked and really not done with any great care at all - seemed like it had been cooked earlier and left to dry out in an oven or something . Nice quiche though. Turkey okay - average. Overall...More

Lovely old building but the food and atmosphere were nothing special. We wouldn't bother to go back again which is a shame as it is fairly local to us.

Last minute decision to pop out for tea. We were very pleasantly surprised. The chicken burger was lovely, very succulent chicken! The Brie, Stilton and beetroot flan was amazing! The chips were a hit with all the family. Lovely evening.

We wet passing through and needed to stop for a drink and some food. Nice pub, really enjoyed the food and the staff hooked me up with wifi so I could watch the game on my iPad! Quality little pub!

The Horseshoe is a small, family run restaurant where we pride ourselves on serving quality, homemade and wholesome food using locally sourced and produced ingredients whenever possible. We aim to provide all this within a traditional, warm and cosy atmosphere in front of a roaring real fire alongside great service. Alternatively during the summer months enjoy your meal al fresco in our beautiful beer garden whilst the children play safely in our new play area.
