Our party of 8 was accommodated at short notice and all of us had great meals. Plenty of choice for gluton free veggie. Service was swift and friendly. We've been here a couple of times and always enjoyed it.

Visited in the past and pleased to see it's still as good. Ate here 3 times whilst staying locally. Lovely food, big portions and reasonably priced. Didn't have one bad meal. Recommend that you book as it can get busy.

Yes the Tavern is very welcoming to dogs, they have 2 tables near the door fo you sit at with you furbaby, lol, also you could sit in the lovely sheltered beer garden
