I read many reviews and had several people tell us that Sunset Inn had the best conch salad. Sadly, for us, it was our least favorite of the trip. The beer was cold and service was great but the conch salad was just okay. Their other dishes looked appetizing and the view from the deck was beautiful. Our favorite conch... More

My wife and I ate at the Sunset Inn during the first night of our honeymoon. The place was simple yet quaint and had a pretty nice view on the back deck. Once seated it took about 10 minutes before we were asked what we would like to drink and another 10 minutes before we received our drinks. We started... More

We happened upon this place one evening after the restaurant we planned to go to was closed. We were VERY pleased with this unexpected find! We ate conch salad at quite a few places while on the island and theirs was our favorite. I also ordered the seafood pasta that was delectable. Prices were about average for the island. They... This place has a very nice view of the sunset and if you brave the bugs you can have your dinner outside. We chose to eat inside. I had the sautéed grouper with rice and peas, which was really something! I definitely recommend a visit, the prices are good too!

This place is located south of Governors Harbor. It has inside and out side water front dining. We had the Conch fritters for an appetizer and they was okay just because I don't care for green peppers. For lunch we shared a Grouper Burger and a Conch Burger. The best Conch Burger ever! We went back again just for the... More

The conch salad was great!. Grouper was very fresh and well prepared. View is very nice. Be prepared to wait for service. Friendly but slow.

This place is very close to our rental in Ten Bay so we decided to stop in for lunch after running errands in GH. It is very accessible, right on Queens Highway, and sits on the Caribbean side. We arrived on a Monday at noon and all the patio tables were taken but we still had a nice table by... More

Best place on Eleuthera for conk pieces, grouper fingers and cold slaw. The porch is wonderful for watching a sunset, but the food and hospitality are enjoyed from lunch through the early evening. Perfect place to watch the Super Bowl, Olympics or World Cup with Lionel.

They have a choice of inside or outside seating. Either way the view is great. The service was fast and friendly. I had the special of the day, backed chicken, with coleslaw and fried plantain. It was delicious.

This could be such a great place. Location and patio right on the water but the food and service is soooooo average. Other than the Conch salad everything was pretty greasy. The poor server had no idea what she was doing. Would go back if all the other places were closed!
