We went there as a family of six 4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 8. From the time we arrived and was seated was quite a few minutes which maybe should have tipped us off. We then sat for another 10 minutes before anyone came to see if we wanted a drink at all. We were there for... More

Food and drinks were unremarkable, service friendly but slow. Lunch dishes were OK, but nothing to repeat.

We ended up here on a whim because of George the host passing by and are so glad we did. They had a very well priced and delicious New Year's dinner special (except the soup - not so good) with many options. I had steak and lobster, my husband had grouper and lobster and both meals were overall very good.... More

Le Med Mediterranean Restaurant is located in the tourist district of Freeport, Bahamas. It is nicely situated right by an inlet, so there are waterfront/dock views from one side of the covered outdoor patio. We found this restaurant to be among the most reasonably priced in the very commercialized tourist area, where most other places charge inflated prices that are... More

Why is it so hard to find a simple light breakfast when you've on vacation? We thought this huge restaurant by the water might have a larger selection than most, but were disappointed to find a very limited breakfast menu. And no decaf coffee!

This was the first place we went to in Port Lucaya, and our food was good, they were understaffed, but ours didn't take any extra time to be delivered. Our taxi driver said the owner owned the biggest seafood company in the Bahamas. I had shrimp with penne pasta and pesto, my husband had a steak which was pricey, and... More

I wasn't impressed with most of the restaurants in Freeport but this one was pretty decent. Breakfast served all day, nice sized portions, very good service.

We have eaten twice at the Med restaurant - both early bird dinner meals. The bread and hummous with salad, to begin with is really good. We both chose grouper for the main course - you can have it grilled, fried or blackened - it is superb! Great value for money fro both food and wine. The service is cheerful... More
