About
This contemporary restaurant features three open kitchens, striking décor by original local artists and outdoor seating with a front row view of the nightly fountain show, which all contribute to the restaurant’s stunning and spirited ambiance. The creative menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients, inspired by flavors of the Caribbean and the many explorers who returned to the islands bringing with them culinary knowledge acquired from far-away lands. For breakfast and dinner, 3 Tides offers friendly, unpretentious service and diverse cuisine. Chef Terrence Copland pairs a cosmopolitan experience with the bounty of the Caribbean Sea, he invites you to come sit at his table. Thank you for choosing

The atmosphere is just OK, really a typical hotel restuarant. But the food is suprisingly good and given the rest of the dinner places at the Baha Mar, this one is fairly reasonable.

Shout out to Marco, a great waiter and a funny guy. Fish was very good and prepared in the central open kitchen. Architecturally interesting space; don't miss the bathrooms.

I had a very friendly and helpful server called Marco (Polo!). The menu is more reasonably priced than some of the other resort options but the food is average. The best thing was the corn bread to start (I’d never had it before and ate...More

When the hotel is busy this is off the beaten path (lower level) and the wait times tend to be shorter.

We ate breakfast at 3 Tides on one of our mornings at the Grand Hyatt. We arrived right around 8am when they opened up, so were seated promptly choosing to sit outside, though the ambiance of the inside was really nice. I'm sure the outdoor...More

It was our last night at the Hyatt and this place ended up being the best dining experience we had - admittedly it was a pretty low bar at that point... Nonetheless, we were seated promptly, outside, with a view of the fountains and the...More

Contact the hotel directly +1 242-677-9000, they should be able to help you, at least tell you how early they will be accepting reservations.
