We went for dinner on Saturday evening. Can I tell you that initially the customer service was extremely poor. We were told that the kitchen closes at 8:30pm however, we arrived minutes to 8pm and was turned away by a server name Zeek. He told...us to wait, but was gone for quite some time. In my opinion, he was very unfriendly and unprofessional. We stood there in disbelief until a server by the name of Aaron came to our rescue. He seated us, and from start to finish, he was very friendly and most important, VERY PROFESSIONAL. The 2nd server by the name of Ellery came to our table. He arrived with the friendliest smile, and was very helpful and professional also. We expressed our thoughts, and they both ensured that we would have the best night ever. It is servers like Aaron and Ellery that reminded us of what exceptional customer service is all about. These trained men gave Wild Thyme a great look and will continue doing so because of the way they handle their guests. Had it not been for these two men, we would have walked away very upset and hungry. To the management team of Wild Thyme, please keep Aaron & Ellery at the forefront and reward these men for their satisfactory service. We will definitely be returning.
