Recommended by our hotel conceirge. After paying $$$$ for dinner on Paradise Island, this place was soooo good. Authentic bahamian food, fish was amazing and portions were huge. Lots of leftovers! Takes CASH only!

This is the locals choice for fish fry!!! I had the fried snapper ... So good! Epic!!! Great rice and beans and coke slaw too! Don't forget the Kalik!!! It's in a beaten up wooden house in the Fish Fry section of Nassau. This place is full of locals, which is a good sign. Our fishing charter Capt told us... More

We wanted to get away from the high prices at Atlantis and enjoy a spot where the locals visit. This was a great find. The portions are huge and you can easily share entrees. The shrimp and grouper were awesome!

The Fish Fry area can be intimidating with the number of choices and people trying to entice you into their restaurant. This is a spot that locals frequent. The night we were there were equal numbers of tourists and locals. (A lot of locals do carryout.) The portions are large and the food is good. Prices are reasonable. We were... More

A lot of food for the money. The service is slow like everywhere in Nassau. I was told that there is only one speed in Nassau for service and that is slow. Unless you are driving there is no other speed.

The food here was so delicious! It was hard to choose as the street is lined with inviting locals and restaurants! The conch salad was out of this world!🐚🐚🐚🐚🤗 One plate will feed 2-3 people! Take the local bus there for $1.50 and a taxi back to your hotel @$15.00. Totally worth the adventure!

The service is extremely slow. Island style service. If you are in a hurry to get a meal then move on. They take their time but it is with the wait. The Scorch Conch is amazing and the cracked conch is good too. We sat and enjoyed conversation with the Locals while eating and drinking. Great place to take your... More

We went here based on our tour guides suggestions and so glad he did!! Yummy food, Conk salad was fresh, like seriously they brought it in after you ordered. The conk fritters, were my favorite though.. Tons of food, we actually shared when we saw others getting there food. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. The other vendors do push for... More

Food was on oar with surrounding shops serving the local "fish fry" faire. It had good flavor and there was plenty of it. The conch taste ALOT like clam strips, if you have never had it before. The drinks were consistent with those around the area. Service has room for improvement but overall okay at their job. you have heard... More
