Excellent food, great wines outstanding service. What more can I say the food is excellent, the filet mignon was so succulent I did not even need to chew. The white sangria is also outstanding. The restaurant outdoor dining is very cool and well shaded and...the restaurant follows social distancing protocols with sanitation. A must visit if you want really good food.More

I have been dining at Syrah for the past three years and I have yet to have a meal that I didn’t like. Everything is absolutely delicious. This particular day, we had the special, which was buy two flat breads and get one free. We...ordered the Beef Tenderloin (my favourite dish) , smoked salmon, and the bacon and lobster flatbread. Additionally, we had the deep fried gouda(so good) and the ceviche shot (lobster and shrimp). Besides the food,Syrah also has a cozy atmosphere; wine bottles surround the restaurant and the setting is very intimate.More

A friend had invited me for appetizers, unfortunately because of Covid 19 we were unable to do so. The next option was delivery. I must say that I was beyond impressed. Not only was the delivery on time, the portion sizes were beyond my expectation....Now the best part....the food was absolutely delicious. Cannot wait for this pandemic to pass, so that I can enjoy a dine in experience.More

Amidst fears of Covid-19 my BF and I rushed to grab a bite! We found the cutest little intimate restaurant tucked away in a plaza off East Bay Street. It was recommended and a bit difficult to find as the building it’s housed in is...side ways on the property. When we did find it, it looked like an ordinary strip mall building; the other side of the entrance door however led us into a cozy, warm and inviting spot. We were warmly greeted and could barely find a table as it was packed ( apparently we were not the only ones looking for a cozy dining experience). The bar (so uniquely set up with unique glossed tree rings bar stools) had standing room only. As reservations are not needed we were happy to grab the last high table. Within the hour we were ingesting mouth watering salmon and beef! Melt in the mouth food. The star of the night however was the onion rings. Wowwwwwie! I have had them elsewhere countless times. But THESE reminded me of conch fritters. I tell truths. They were HUGE and CRISPY and TENDER! My BF ordered them for him but he barely got to taste them. The accompanying dipping sauce was TOO spicy form me. But what sweet flavor it had. I couldn’t use it though. No matter. They were SOOOOO flavorful I gobbled them up! Covid-19...you WILL NOT stop me from venturing out and grabbing an order. Guess what? I am on the way there shortly JUST for the onion rings..take out style! Seriously... food and atmosphere is great! But the onion rings are SUPERB!!! Go! Syrah...what will be will be a great dining experience!More

Great bar and Greek salads brought us back twice in 2 weeks. Excellent flatbreads and fine service made for and excellent evening. Quaint, and appealing interior design and decorations. Will definitely be back.

we tried this restaurant with my wife. No napkins on the table, had to ask for them. Out of the 12 wines on the list 3 were not available.Quality of wine not up to the cost x glass. Grilled lobster was really good. Orange beef...was really not exciting.Main issue was billing. The menu states ''12%vat and 15% gratuity included''. When we got the bill we realized that items had been priced as from menu, BUT.... 12%vat and 15% gratuity had been added on top.A 93 dollar bill became 118 dollars. I did pay the bill and then asked the waiter for explanations. No success. He called another waiter who gave me a silly excuse. we will simply not return,but...... consider their attitudeMore

Ate here with a gal pal who I had not seen for awhile so figured we would be awhile. The menu has not changed from my last visit which is fine as it is all good. Were seated immediately at a high top. Service was...a attentive but once our food order was placed it did take quite a while to get. We weren’t in a hurry so that was ok. We both ordered their grilled chicken sandwich. Delicious!!! Thick and tender chicken breast loaded with cheese, bacon and some greens on a fresh bun. Served with hot and crispy skinny fries and bbq sauce, catsup and mayo on the side. They are known for some lovely wines here and many other diners were enjoying some but we did not. A lovely lunch and I will be back. Only downside here, like much of Nassau, is parking was a challenge. Found some roadside but if you come during busy meal times be prepared.More

Been to Syrah a few times now and have enjoyed it each visit. The food is very good with a nice mix of options from shareables to entrees. The wine list is well put together but occasionally out of some labels. Service has been consistently...slow but very friendly. Will continue to visit.More
