It's a nice and low key place. If you are looking for good and tasty local food then drop by. The service was great and deserved the 5 star. I had the chicken pilaf and it was very good. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Unpretentious place with reasonable prices, friendly service, and homemade local dishes. Not fancy, but filling and authentic.

Being tired from the beach, I ordered take-out chicken and fries for them to eat and then relax. The food disappeared immediately. I've also eaten Sogo's chicken and fries. It has a lot of flavor and is freshly cooked just before pick up.

Stopped here on my 2nd night to eat the highly recommended curried goat. Honestly, it was bland, grisly....and it killed my stomach the next day. Service was very pleasant, though. Maybe it was an off night or I have super high expectations (I lived in West Africa, where eating goat is pretty common) but I much preferred De Coal Pot's... More

Definitely a good spot for authentic Caribbean food in an area where that is surprisingly not that easy to find. I had the recommended West Indian seasoned King Fish. Awesome

We love this restaurant - the food is great and very authentic! Be warned this is only open 430 - 830 so make sure you get there early! Service is amazing and you can't go wrong with any dish - especially the goat curry!

This is such a lovely, local restaurant! Price is very reasonable. Owners are all very attentive with amazing hospitality. All entrees came with many side dishes of rice, veggies, Fungi (yummy cornmeal with okra), and plantains with yummy Johnny's cakes. We had chicken roti, curried goat, shrimp with creole sauce and catch of the day - kingfish. They were all... More
