Great place to take it all on during happy hour...right on the beach. Sunsets are great here and the happy hour is great too. Food is OK...nothing special. Try the shrimp and a bushwacker! Great place to enjoy a few drinks with a fabulous view.

Found this place by accident while waiting for teens to finish a snorkel trip. Could use a bit of a facelift as a facility, but the location and cocktails were awesome otherwise!

A trip to St. John must include a stop (or 2) to The Beach Bar - enjoy a Painkiller! Food is very good, fantastic service even when busy and beautiful view right on the beach. Great vibe!

The location overlooking the beach is the best part. Food and drinks OK but definitely had better other places. Friendly staff.

The fish and shrimp come in seasoned tempura batter that was delicious. The tartar sauce is delicate and went great with the seafood.

The Beach Bar is in an excellent location right on the beach in Cruz Bay. We enjoy a casual meal and drinks every vacation to St. John! We are a family of 5 and enjoy eating dinner right on the beach after a day out on the boat exploring and snorkeling. Beautiful place to watch sunsets too.

It's The best beach bar on the island. Drinks are good food is good bar food prices are island reasonable and you can eat right on the beach. It really doesn't get better than that. Great place to have a drink and watch the sunset on St. John's

This place is pretty solid. The food was actually better than expected and while the drinks were weak, they sure were tasty. We opted for the Mahi Mahi bites and the chicken wings for food and both were excellent. The "beach bum" cocktail was my favorite. The best part about this pace? You can either post up at the bar... This place has great food and a fun atmosphere. The location is great, right on the beach and the service was incredible. Even thought it was busy, Jen AND Chris were coming by our table every 10 min. to make sure we always had everything we needed. Great happy hour(s) prices too!

As soon as you get off the ferry go to the Beach Bat to start your vacation! It's always fun, everyone is friendly, and it's in a great spot right on the beach! Great for happy hour or if you want casual meal with kids. We would not go to StJohn without stopping by the Beach Bar many times!

Thank Ruthbe
