We finally got my husband to stop for breakfast on our way back from the market very early one morning (he kept saying it was on the wrong side of the road for us). I had read that the baked goods were to die for and that the coffee was good too. The selection was slim that day we were there. My daughter overheard the woman working the counter that it had something to do with trouble getting over from St. Thomas? Not sure. Two of us had the biscuit sandwiches which were good, but the croissants won the prize!! The coffee was good too, but the family raved about their smoothies. Healthy and delicious. My kids went there again and said that there was more of a selection and even brought me home a croissant or two! Good find and the woman there the day I went was sweet.

With the abundance of lunch and dinner spots in both Coral and Cruz Bays there was no place like this where you can grab freshly made goods to go, or enjoy on the spot, and also have a good coffee! The selection is pretty big, quality great, prices fair and service super friendly. Look at the pictures, they even have beer and chips :)
We grabbed food from here for breakfast 3 times whiles staying next door at the Inn at Tamarind Court and for the trip home - outstanding value and convenience.
TIP: they accept credit card
TIP: there is a parking lot right in front of the storefront and you can park along the street - most people either walk here or park for a moment and move one once they picked up their stuff

We are coffee snobs. My wife especially. We've ordered both iced and hot coffee from Provisions and have had coffee from 4-5 other places on the island. This is the best spot. They also have hot breakfast sandwiches (early) and quiche (veggie and meat), along with a range of other pastries.

Clearly, locals and visitors alike love this place! We took an early ferry over to St. John in an attempt to have a better chance of being able to rent a Jeep day of. The rental shop asked us to come back in 30 min, so we walked up the hill to get something to eat.
I had a delicious smoothie, and my husband enjoyed his breakfast sandwich and coffee. Great service!
It’s a quick walk up the hill from the ferry - don’t miss it as a great start to your day on St. John!

The best spots are those “hole in a wall” places and this is definitely THAT place. It’s by far the best bakery and coffee shop on the island. There’s only a couple of bistro tables so be prepared to grab and go. It’s best to come early so you’ll get a wide selection of the items before they sell out— they usually sell out. We made this our regular morning stop for breakfast — we’d send one person to order and bring everything back — it NEVER disappointed. A few favorites on my family’s list were the almond croissants, cheese danishes, and pecan sticky buns— they also have handmade fresh cut donuts that our kids devoured —-and their blueberry muffins look like mini “Dutch babies” and are AMAZING. Don’t miss out on the cold brew or iced hazelnut either ! The $14 taxi ride round trip from the Westin was worth it 😂

Can't say enough about this little slice of heaven. Fresh Juices and smoothies, great Coffee, Almond Croissants... And then I load up for lunch.
As the name suggests, you can get what you need for a picnic on the beach. There is a nice selection of premade sandwhiches so you arent wasting time. I have sampled all and recommend the BLT, tuna, chicken pesto and turkey.
Only challenge is parking and closed on Sunday...

Provisions is a good alternative to North Shore Deli for breakfast sandwiches and lunch to go. We had tasty sandwiches and the pastries are excellent. Try the Paradise bar! However, go early as things sell out quickly!

We visited Provisions during both our July and August visits. Great coffee and wonderful breakfast items, and delicious sandwiches and wraps perfect for throwing in the cooler for a beach lunch. Service was always friendly! We can’t wait to be back!

My husband comes here every morning that they are open for his daily coffee. He brought back donuts for us and then we started going with him as well. It is our first stop of the day before we hit a beach every morning. I decided to try their Bacon Quiche and Caprese sandwich. I liked the Caprese sandwich more and it was good to have when enjoying the beach. Our son loved their donut with sprinkles. Reasonably priced for what you get and they are fast in getting you on the way.

So it’s a drive up spot with very limited parking. Can get super busy therefore I guess that how your order can get messed up. Check your food before you leave the counter. We went here the last day of our trip we got our food to go we were headed to the ferry to we were under time constraints anyhoo I ordered an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese and capers it came up to $21 with an chai tea. We get to the ferry I pull out my bagel there was no lox or capers just cream cheese. I was pissed at this point it was too late for me to get over there to say anything so please check your food and make sure you get what you paid for. The everything bagel was yummy.

Always stop for grab and go. It’s changed a bit since Irma but still yummy treats. Lots of options and hard to chose just a couple things.

The latte I had was amazing and well priced. We loved the donuts, but the best was the bacon quiche. It was honestly one of the best ones I have ever had!
