We had one of the best nights ever on St John hanging with all the locals and tourist at Woody's!! Chris and Megan are some of the nicest people and terrific owners that seem to really care about their customers and ensuring they have a great experience! I even got a birthday poem from the famous Ghost from Jost! Thank... More

If you want an island bar, this is your place in town. Small and cinderblocks but plenty of rum and $1 Coors Lights during happy hour. Good mixed drink menu and decent food selection. Bar inside with a few tables and 2 tables outside. If we ever get back to St John we will be back.

The ambiance is simple beach bar but the food is very good. Happy hour is packed and the sun can beat down on you. Best mahi sandwich with curly fries, fried pickles and Limin coconut drink.

Stopped at Woody's when I was in Cruz Bay. There was a group of 4 of us and we sat at one of the tables outside!!! Ordered shark bites and a burger and the food was awesome!!! The wait staff was very attentive and kept the drinks flowing!!! We loved sitting outside and being able to watch all the foot... More

We just returned from a week in paradise and spent a lot of time at Woody's during our stay! This was our second trip to St. John and the bar is just as great as we remembered. The staff/owners are super friendly and awesome to get to know and they made us all want to continually come back for more... More

I agree with previous posts. I am not sure why people love this place. This is a small bar/restaurant. The bar food is average. Bathroom is not good. There are much better food options in Cruz Bay. I do not plan to come back.

A St John staple. Woody's has laid back atmosphere that spills into the street. Good food and drinks, friendly staff. Always a good time.

This is a must do for St. John travelers. Don't even think of missing this happy hour. I was having bottles of beer for a dollar and the staff will make you want to never leave.

I just don't get it. Our food experience was not good. I had the shrimp tacos and there were two cold un spiced shrimp on tortillas that were like cardboard with fresh veggies and a not so good sauce. We had waited for almost 2 hours to eat at longboard before giving up and I was so hungry I ate... More
