It is upstairs above Longboards - Be careful as you might miss it. Every dish is excellent! Bruschetta is a great starter. Recommend the Rajun Cajun, Veal Giuseppe, or Penne ala Vodka.

The food here is very good, lots of choices reasonable prices (for St. John!). The dining area is rather tight and we went when it was very full, it gets very loud in there. I would prefer to dine there again on a quiet night. A bit stuffy in there needs some better ventilation if not AC then just open... More

Delicious Italian food, we come here every time we visit St. John. Small, quaint, restaurant, that's casual and quick, especially for a meal with kids. The chicken Gorgonzola is to die for. My husband also enjoyed the lasagna. Mussel appetizer was enjoyed by all. One of the children ate all of her spaghetti and loved it, the other one did... More

Cafe Roma changed their crust after the fire. The pizzas use to be huge and very good, I have not had good pizza there in a long while. The pasta was ok. I hope it gets better with time. :)

This a small, busy place with authentic Italian food. The portions are generous and prices reasonable. We especially like the Wilted Fresh Spinach with Toasted Pine-nuts and Gorgonzola for a starter. After that any of the entrees are delicious. I tend get the Veal Picatta or Marsala. We've been many times and hear that the pizza is delicious as well,... More

We went with a party of six. The service was great. The food was delicious. I had the chicken Marsala and it was very good. My husband said the bruschetta was very good. The guys had lasagna and there wasn't much left on their plates which is always a good sign. This is one to put on your list when... More

We've been to Cafe Roma twice now. We went back in 2009 and loved it but couldn't remember what it was called. The restaurant is nothing fancy. The staff is nice and service is adequate not great. The food is very good and priced right. If you are looking for a casual place to get "normal" Italian food, this is... More

Our first day on the island, after a long trip from Florida, we wanted something simple but good. We asked one of the locals and they mentioned Café Roma. We were close by so a carry out was in order. We called and within 30 mins. we had one of the best pizza creations we've ever had. You must try... More
