This restaurant was recommended to us by a local. She did let us know it was expensive, which it was, but as she mentioned the food was great! All of the dishes were very unique and not commonly found elsewhere. I would highly recommend this...restaurant.More

Wish we had found this restaurant earlier in our trip and not the last evening as we would definitely have returned multiple times. The seafood hotpot is a must with tons of calamari, fish, shrimp & HUGE mussels. Delicious flavor & I enjoyed it with...rice. My husband was a fan of the stuffed grouper & it was definitely fresh. The Brie & pear flatbread was a delightful surprise and a good portion. Great service with Kiki and the vibe was fun/energetic with lively music (Saturday night). Recommend eating outside, right in front of the water.More

We ate here twice during a recent week long trip to St. Thomas. We stayed at the Ritz which is adjacent to the restaurant. Had 2 great meals here during our stay. Food and the hospitality was amazing. Had the Wahoo, salmon, grouper and most...of the appetizers. Everything was fantasticMore

The food was out of this world. We had the Seafood Hot Pot and the Stuffed lobster. I couldn’t get enough. Even the Ginger Creme Brûlée had us wanting more. Highly recommend this place

We visited in late July ‘20 during the Covid age, so I have to excuse the paper plates and plastic cups. What I can’t excuse is the waiter telling us about the fish special (crab stuffed lobster) without offering that the market price was $100...or, when I asked for a margarita with “reposado” tequila, serving me Patron at $21 a shot with store bought mixer. The food was okay, but the overall experience was quite disappointing.More

We had a business dinner at the restaurant, our server Kiki was fantastic! She recommended the fish of the day Mahi Mahi and she was absolutely right. The fish was crispy and the flavors on the plate popped in my mouth. Others in our group...commented on how good the Brussels Sprouts were as well as the Pork dish. A bit pricey but they delivered in service and taste. Dessert was a bit disappointing after such a fantastic entree.More

This place is somewhat challenging to find. The GPS took us on a scenic tour before arriving at the Elysian resort. Carribean Fish is located on the resorts beach access. With COVID everything is plastic. Frankly a lemon drop martini wasn’t great in a cheap...plastic cup. St. Thomas doesn’t have recycling from what the waitperson said and only recently got rid of plastic straws. Overall a sterilizing dishwasher as restaurants have would be a better option for using real places and set ups. Service was excellent and personable. Food was good. Portions adequate. Had to return mashed potatoes as they were cold. Dessert could have been passed on. The Kahula cake was moist but the specialty waffle was to big, breaded and overwhelming of the ice cream. Reservation was essential due to seating distancing.More

Our first time we visited this restaurant. Glad we did. Service was first class. Great menu and wine selection. Very modern dining room with open air feel. A good fine dining feel. I order the catch of the day. Queen Snapper. Superb. The chef told...us it is fished off-shore St. Thomas at depth of 2000 feet. It’s line caught, one by one. Great texture, paired with light sauce and mushrooms. My daughter and sister both had the off-the-menu selection of stuff Caribbean Lobster. Wow. The presentation was amazing, it was huge, and flavorful. Probably most interesting dish our group had from any restaurant this trip. Enjoyed some super French wine at a reasonable price point. Our waitress was very engaging and made the dining experience even more pleasurable.More

Outstanding food - particularly the wahoo, mussels and crab stuffed lobster. It’s pricey but worth it. Especially if staying at the Ritz

The atmosphere was nice but the food was just okay and very expensive. Our waiter was nice and very apologetic that everything had to be on paper plates and plastic cups. (covid requirement). Not sure that I would come back

There were people there in shorts and flip flops at the bar. Most were "Tommy Bahama" casual in the restaurant area.
