Really cool but, of course, you need a boat to get there. They let you toss mozzarella to the fish and they jump out of the water to get it. We swam with the fish and a large barracuda was also there. Kids loved their dog, Alfredo, who sat on the boat.

On our boat trip we ordered pizzas instead of docking and walking to a restaurant. Great decision. We ordered ahead and so the wait was not very long after we moored the boat. The pizzas are delivered hot right your boat. They were great.

As you pull up to the bay in your boat, you can smell the fresh NY pizza being baked fresh from the boat. And better yet, the pizza was surprisingly delicious!!! We had pepperoni, cheese, and margarita pesto pizza and they were all so fresh and delicious. This is NOT a tourist trap!!! The food is seriously delicious, but be sure to order early as the wait can be long if you don’t plan ahead. And as a bonus, the small reef in the bay is a great spot to snorkel while you wait for your pizza to be done.

We rented a boat and finished our day at Pizza Pi. The fact that you can have fresh pizza on the middle of the ocean is just awesome. The pizzas are good. By the time we got there they had already run out of chicken and pork, which limited our options. We ordered a Cubano but instead of pork we had to settle for sausage. We could not try their pizzas with chicken either. We still have a good time eating pizza and having a couple of cold beers while enjoying of the ocean. Going to Pizza Pi is just a great experience. You can only get by boat. If you don't have a boat or cannot rent a boat there are tours to go to Pizza Pi from Red Hook. Go to Ocean Surfari (retail store across from Moes Supermarket), they offer the tour to Pizza Pi.

We enjoyed Pizza Pi in Christmas Cove while on a private day cruise with Love City Excursions. Our captain recommended it, and it did not disappoint. We had the buffalo chicken pizza and the veggie pizza. It was so good, large pizzas, and just what we needed to fill our hungry bellies after snorkeling in the morning. We ordered from the boat, and they delivered to us. Very fresh, hot and satisfying.
Would highly recommend if you are in the area on a charter.
Thanks Pizza Pi VI for a very yummy lunch!!

Took advantage of a half day boat trip with Seas the Day to head over to Pizza Pi for lunch - and we were glad we did!
Got there just in time for our pizzas to be pulled piping hot from the oven and it did not disappoint. This is some seriously good pizza, with some unique and fun topping choices. The fact that it’s all done on a boat in the middle of the bay is even more incredible!
So do yourself a favor and go if you can!

We ordered pizza from Pizza Pi at the end of our tour with Sonic Charters last week. The entire process was easy and the pizza was excellent. Our captain made a quick call to their boat as we worked our way along the south side of St. John. When we arrived in Christmas Cove a few minutes later, we had a some time before our order was ready (it took about 45 minutes), so we snorkeled along the shore in the calm waters, spotting three turtles and a stingray. Once our order was ready, pickup was easy -- our captain just pulled up our boat next to Pizza Pi's and they handed us the pizza boxes like a fast food take out window. We headed back to Sonic's marina on St. Thomas with our order. However, it also would have been easy to eat on the boat or on one of the picnic tables on the beach in Christmas Cove. We brought the pizza back to our condo and it reheated really well. We particularly enjoyed the Madd Mushroom pizza. The whole process was fun and a must do if you are on a boat charter on St. Thomas or St. John.

We took a day sail with Captian Rick Smith while visiting St. John and had our lunch here. We got 3 large pizzas and they were all great. We had worked up an appetite from snorkeling. Swam around our boat while waiting for the pizza pick up and saw some very cool and unique fish there. Ordering and pick up from the boat seemed very efficient. The pizza crust was great! My now young adult kids said - the crust is so good we even ate it!

My family chartered a boat and were excited to be able to dine on the water. Unfortunately, the location we originally wanted to visit was inaccessible and we ended up ordering from Pizza Pi instead. We had the "pork you" and the "Asian chicken" pizzas. Both were good, even though the "Asian chicken" was different than what I taste buds were use to. Also, their prices were higher than expected. Overall, having our pizza delivered via boat was a fun way to end the day on the water.

Came here for a unique and quirky lunch experience while on an all day dive/snorkel charter. Boat crew called in our order 20 minutes out (Pork You pizza, jalapeño popper pizza stix and margarita popper pizza stix ). Arrived and moored on ball close to sailboat pizzeria. Nice lady in a launch delivered our food (hot and delicious). Ask for merchandise box too if you want a souvenir T-shirt, tank or hat. Fun!!!

After a morning of snorkeling and discovering sea turtles around St. John our captain cruised to Christmas Cove for lunch at Pizza Pi. Pizza is made on board with fresh ingredients (nothing frozen at Pizza Pi). The captain tied up to Pizza Pi and the staff served us our drinks and pizza ( a slice of paradise). We brought some hats and t-shirts to go along with a sampling of their delicious desserts. A perfect day ended enjoying the best pizza in USVI.

Shockingly great pizza! You would think this is a novelty restaurant given its location, but the pizza is actually delicious. Call ahead to order, eat your pizza and get a great snorkel in at Christmas Cove. Definitely worth a stop when you are out on a boat in the USVI.

Born and raised on NYC Pizza. I'm typically disappointed when trying pizza outside NYC. When i heard we were going for pizza made on a boat in the Caribbean Ocean I thought oh boy! The pizza was delicious. Great crust, tasty sauce and high quality mozzarella (you know cheap mozzarella when the pizza has an abundance of orange oil - not at Pizza Pi). Not a big mushroom fan but their mushroom pie was excellent. Highly recommend Pizza Pi!

We were on an excursion and the pizza was included in our price so I can't comment on how much it cost and if it's worth it or not.
However, the concept was pretty cool. They cook the pizza's on a boat that's docked at Christmas Cove in St John. Then they get in their dingy and bring it over to you. Our excursion had 12 pizza's delivered and obviously it was good because it was going fast. We definitely liked it and went back for seconds.

We've never had pizza from a boat, but it was good! Our day charter picked us up pepperoni and cheese pizzas and was included in the cost. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy inside. Good sauce and cheese ratio. Four out of five stars for the pizza and plus one for being on a boat.
