We loved being able to come to Beach Buzz straight from our room in the morning while staying at the Sapphire Beach Resort and enjoy some great coffee and tasty food - the looks may be deceiving but these little sandwiches were each made fresh to order and were very tasteful.
Beach Buzz is absolutely a gem of this area as it's the only real deal walking distance cafe/breakfast place and it comes at a very reasonable price with plenty of outside fresh air seating - you can't go wrong with this place! (the serve Virgin Island Coffee Roasters coffee here so if you are into even a bigger treat take a small drive to Havensight where they roast it etc. - it's a coffee lovers' paradise, see my separate review if you are interested).

What a little gem located right on Sapphire Beach. Our family visited almost every day of our week long trip to St Thomas. The drinks were delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. And even better, when the electric was out for an extended period (on multiple islands), they had a generator so we were still able to get our morning drink to help jumpstart the day. If you’re in the area definitely stop in!

We stopped in here for coffee and breakfast sandwiches prior to doing a day sailing trip. Great coffee, friendly staff, good breakfast sandwiches (sorry, nothing GF). Also some gifts/souvenirs available. Nice outdoor seating around the place.

We ordered one hamburger, one taco plate, two chicken sandwiches and two orders of fries and four drinks. $90!!! Came in a paper bag. Food was greasy, very salty and had no taste.

We stopped by The Beach Buzz for our morning lattes before heading to town to enjoy the shopping district. The place is pretty cool, nice location, right next to Sapphire Beach at the east end of St. Thomas, and the seating area is basically on the beach. The interior of the space is nice... it's as much a souvenir shop as a coffee shop.
Our lattes were served lukewarm, and the server acted very bothered that we asked her to heat them up. Not sure how they made that mistake, it seemed the milk wasn't steamed before it was added to the coffee. But, that's a latte. On the upside, we also tried one of their breakfast sandwiches, sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin. That was an awesome sandwich.
So, the 3-star rating is driven by the great sandwich, offset by the terrible coffee, with a little bit of positive kudos for the great location. We found other coffee shops with minutes of the Sapphire Beach area, so we'll likely not be going back to The Beach Buzz.

Best breakfast spot on the island, super friendly and fast service! Mindy and Janet were helpful with questions about the area, while Makkee made amazing food behind the grill. 10 out of 10 will be back again and again

We are visiting from Tennessee and the first time to St Thomas and it’s storming and the power went out! A bright spot was here!! Obviously running on a generator the two ladies came through with smiles, hot coffee and hot sandwiches!!! It’s a beautiful day in Paradise!! Thank You Lord!

If you're at Sapphire Resort and don't want to take a taxi to find some breakfast. Here lies a perfect breakfast sandwich! Enjoy a latte and a bagel before hanging by the pool. Just make sure you get there before 9 a.m. as they will get extremally busy. (Good Sign)

Friendly Professional personal service, coffee was really good also made by a gal named Mindy. I ate there every morning after watching the Beautifulllll sunrises. She is a keeper I would hire her if she lived in the states

Went here to watch the sunrise and decided to grab some coffee and breakfast. Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and White Russian coffee were great! The staff were very pleasant. Thank you to Janet!

The food is great, but the people are AMAZING!!! I lost my wallet the day we were to return home, and Mindy moved heaven and earth to get it back to me. She is an angel!!!
