In St. Thomas you should put your expectations down otherwise you will be disappointing with quality of the food, service; it doesn't matter if its a fine dining or a 5 star hotel. However, i have a special memory with Coconut Cove! Its an open bar/grill, fronting the beach and offering relaxed atmosphere. We wanted to be free and wanted... More

The view is awesome, food and drinks are great and the staff is v friendly. Would like to make a special mention of the lady who served us. She got our little one stuff to play with and a big ice cream when he started a tantrum. Haven't seen this level of caring in other places.

Coconut cove is great for a quick meal. It's convenient if you're staying at the Ritz. It's expensive, but the food and atmosphere isn't worth the premium. Even if you don't have a car, a cab to Red Hook is worth the drive.

The food here is nearly always good - well-cooked and nicely presented, but perhaps on the expensive side for the service and ambience. Service is pretty always poor - no one seems to be running the show, little in the way of a greeting, and tables and chairs that seem oddly proportioned making a party of four or more 'distant'.... This was another food favorite for us. Everyone raved about their dishes. The jerk chicken with coleslaw and rice was delicious. However I felt that the environment was bland and unappealing.

Nice place to eat, food was good, drinks were excellent price was as expected at Ritz Carlton. Just an FYI this is bar food type of place rather than Fine dining.

I don't know that I would recommend coming here as a destination spot. It has local music some nights, but is mostly the 'casual' lunch spot for people staying on property.

We had lunch here two times while staying at the Ritz. Service was very friendly and efficient both days and our meals were very good. Although similar to the menu at the adjacent restaurant serving lunch on the property, I preferred the menu at Coconut Cove. Had an excellent grilled fish sandwich and fish tacos.

My fiance and I had lunch at Coconut Cove while spending the day at the Ritz Carlton's beach since it's only a few steps away from the sand. The food was good. The chips and salsa were tasty. My fiance liked his chicken tacos. I had a vegetable wrap which was fine, but a little more oily than I expected.... More

A very nice restaurant. A good choice of standard fare on the menu and excellent service combine for an enjoyable dining experience outdoors.
