Besides the great beach and Caribbean Sea views, and often incredible sunsets, the food and service at Beach Side Cafe is consistently great. Rita and the restaurant team do a great job at making sure you have a great dining experience. I've read others reviews about "slow" service, but in my experience that can be said about every restaurant on... More

My fiancé and I had a great time! Food was great people were so nice and helpful! Met trip long friends that knew the dos and don'ts of the island.

The open air patio facing the beach set a wonderful mood for dinner. We ordered the Caesar salad, seafood linguine and chicken Marsala. The meal came with wonderful warm bread drenched in oil and balsamic vinegar. Overall our meal was tasty and satisfying.

Food is overpriced - it's just not good value compared to your other options on the island. Service is slow and unapologetic I get the impression that they just don't care. And it shows in the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff.

Wonderful beachside cafe! The food is delicious with a varied menu sure to please all palates. Take a dip in the calm waters of the Caribbean sea while you wait for your meal, then sit down and enjoy the view and the food. Off the beaten tourist path.

Always a must when we're on-island. Next to Sand Castles on the Beach Hotel & Cottages on the Beach. Can see the pier from there. Had shrimp & bacon club sandwich with sweet potato fried, but started with a Bushwacker!! Very laid back atmosphere, very relaxing, with great service.

A little pricey but very good food. Was surprised by the selection and quality of the food. Must try the ribs and the lamb chops.

We made reservations for dinner at sunset on the beach the evening of July 4th. My sister called and made the reservations and when talking with the lady on the phone, she was told we would have great seats, right on the beach, where we would be able to enjoy the fireworks. We were told that in the event that... More

We arrived late and were afraid that we were too late. But it was Saturday so they stayed open later. The setting was very peaceful with a great guitar player. They have an extensive wine list. I had the sea food medley with shrimp, scallops and mahi mahi. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

We've eaten here 3 times during our recent visits to St. Croix. The view really is great and the setting very relaxing. On a slow night, service is great. On a busy night, be prepared to wait a bit for your meal (and just relax and enjoy the view.)
