Harvey's provides an authentic local food experience on St. Croix. Whether it's the fish and fungi, the callaloo, the stew goat, the pot fish, the potato stuffing, the peas and rice, it's the true experience of unchanging Crucian cuisine at its best.

Harvey's is traditional island style. When it's gone, it's gone and they're closing up shop. The menu consists of what the waiter has written on his tablet. The food is fresh and tasty. Definitely worth eating before the crowd takes it all.

My husband, son and I had a late lunch at Harvey's last week and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!! There was no menu, just a handful of specials which included curried goat stew, BBQ chicken, pot fish and crab salad. We ordered ginger beer and a drink made with hibiscus ... both were delicious and good accompaniments to the curried... More

Menu is written on the board on the door when you walk in but if you forget to look they will tell you all about it. They make some great local food and always have a selection of juices and punches that they whip up. Don't miss the home made ginger beer and have Mr. Harvey put a splash of... More

I go to St. Croix about twice a year for the past seven years. Each time I am there I always make it my business to eat my lunch at Harvey's. Mrs. Harvey is awesome. Dont know how she cooks all those delicious meals but somehow she does. Her daughter Barbara and son Richie as well as her husband are... More

Can't say enough about this place. We've been 3 times and have explored most of Christiansted's eats. Nothing fancy here, just a local cafe that serves great local food. Weird hours so check ahead, but wonderful friendly service and good sized portions.

What I loved about this restaurant was its authenticity and the fact that the menu was written on a piece of paper. The menu changes daily. You feel like you are in someone's home. The owners take great care of you.

A brilliant lunch option in the centre of Christiansted serving excellent dishes with menu based on the catch of the day. Very friendly service, too.

Went for lunch with 2 teens and everything was great. I had the goat stew and it was fabulous. Came with rice, potato salad, slaw and a fried plantain. We all left with doggie bags except the 16y/o. Homemade lemonade hit the spot on a hot day.
