We were able to eat here twice on our 10 day trip. The location is down a side street that just happened to lead to our Villa. Our first night after being exhausted travelling, we thought we would just walk the short distance to this quaint little Italian place we had passed. We were lucky to make such a super find. It was a Saturday night and there was fortunately a single table available for 4 when we arrived. Most tables are on the sidewalk, but that is very common in Provo. The table lights and overhead lighting give a great feel to the space. We ordered appetizers that were good but the salads were better. The mushroom ravioli was the star entree although a moderate portion. Add a grilled chicken breast and it was out of this world. It is covered a buttery Marsala that is not a diet recipe but a flavor that is out of this world. The Lasagna with bolognese sauce was a lot to eat but outstanding. All of the pastas are homemade and excellent. Both dining experiences featured excellent staff and quality drinks for a very reasonable price. We liked it so much we came back for another night and it was equally as good.

After considering a few of the Italian restaurants on island, we choose this one for the menu options. We had a reservation, but upon arrival, we were the only ones there, and slowly other people arrived to dine. The setting is nothing special, small outside area in a side street parking lot. The food was good, but nothing stellar. The service was average by a few, with one server being a standout with a happy smile.

Great authentic Italian, with interesting twists. Excellent wine selection. Very busy on Sundays (due to few restaurants open) so make a reservation. Inside and outside dining. We’ve been three times on our TCI visit so far!

I usually don’t write reviews but the way we were treated at this restaurant cannot be overlooked or ignored. When we arrived to the empty restaurant on that Friday evening we were asked did we have a reservation and the answer was no. The young lady went inside to speak to a manager who later came out (a middle aged Jamaican man). He asked us did we have a reservation and again the answer was no. So I asked him do we have to have a reservation to dine there. He said no after looking at us one by one up and down. We had our beach bags with us, we had just left the Ritz Carlton Beach. We were completely covered in our swimsuit covers. It was already comfortable from there but we were very hungry and wanted Italian food. We asked him can we please have a table and he said “I guess.” Then started laughing and said he was joking. It was the three of us. Neither one of us laughed as it wasn’t funny nor welcoming. A young lady comes to take our order and we all ordered sparkling water. We ordered the beet salad they had and told her we would order more food after the salad. Even after telling her that we would order more food later she says “so is that all you’re going to eat?” I said no we will most likely order pastas. My friend and her sister also answered and said they might share something. She had a puzzled look on her face and says we’ll how about drinks? My friends do not drink alcohol and I wasn’t in the mood for alcohol myself that day so I told her the sparkling water is OK. Right when I was going to ask her does she have any after dinner drinks she turns around as I was speaking and asked another young lady could she please take our table. I quote her “can you please take these girls?” The younger Latin woman said OK and comes to the table. I asked her is everything OK and she said yes I’m going to take the table now. I also let her know that I heard their conversation. She was very nice but she looked a little shocked. Our new server started to defend her coworker and her actions. After giving the whole situation thought for a few seconds we decided to go inside and let the manager know that we will not continue our experience there and to allow us to pay for the water so that we may find someplace else to eat. We go back to the table to wait for our check and no one returns. So my friend goes back inside to ask them can she just go ahead and pay them inside and she hears them having a conversation with other customers about us. Instead of getting our check they make us wait so they can gossip. All three of us are professionals in our field here in the United States and very successful. Even if we didn’t order anything beyond that salad we would have taken care of her. In college we all worked in the restaurant industry and have a lot of respect for it. We were treated poorly and I’m still disgusted.

We are here last night. Staff were very friendly and the menu looked good. Unfortunately, the food that arrived at our table was barely edible. My husband had the seafood pasta and I the lasagna. My lasagna looked liked soup - it was drowning in tomato sauce that had no flavor and the pasta tasted like plastic. The seafood Pasta only had calamari- no other seafood and also has an artificial taste. Go elsewhere, dont waste your time and money here.

The owner, Mark, was having a night off and the staff were having a great old time talking to each other and ignoring the customers. We had to take our appetizer plates into the bar as they hadn’t been cleared and were sitting for over 30 minutes on a small table. From then on our server was even less attentive, spending even more time leaning over the bar talking to the barmaid. The table next to us who were there before us finished their drinks, received no food, paid and left. Paying was fun too. I was told twice that my card was declined, another member of our party was declined as well before it was agreed the card processor was not working. This went on with a second processor and finally the third did the trick. The margarita pizza was dry but OK but the prosciutto was a mess of arugula and grey meat. Apparently the tagliatelle was good. My advice - get a manager who cares or don’t take a night off in the busy season.

The first impression of the restaurant was lackluster, which set the tone for the entire meal. The service was cursory at best. The caprese salad was a pint of halved cherry tomatoes swimming in a "sauce" topped with two small slices of mozzarella and a single basil leaf. The mushroom ravioli was more of a half portion. The filling was well seasoned and would have been tasty had it not been for the way undercooked, thick, crunchy pasta. It was sad...Hoping for a turn on the dessert I opted for the cannoli. There were recent positive reviews. Unfortunately, the dessert was also a complete fail. The ricotta lacked even a hint of sweetness and the shells were stale and bland and seemed they'd been frozen. The chocolate chips were a not a good chocolate, but an over-sized milk chocolate chip. The best of the meal was the coffee. This was the only dining miss on an eight days of delicious food. Would not recommend.

This was our first time on the island and the restaurant had really good reviews and we wanted to mix up our dinner selections with an Italian meal. Cocktails and appetizers were good but unfortunately, it ended there. After requesting the fra diavolo to be made extra spicy and the NY strip rare, they mixed up the other guest’s pasta dish and made hers spicy while her husband’s fra diavolo was not spicy at all. After advising the staff about the issues, we got a lackluster apology and was pretty much ignored till we asked to speak to a manager. The manager did apologize about the steak but when the issue of the mix up of the pasta dishes, she instead tried to explain why the fra diavolo wouldn’t have been made to be spicy given they don’t like to make it too spicy given concerns of it being too hot (there was absolutely no spiciness at all and at a minimum, it should have had some heat - it is a fra diavolo!!!). Hate to give any place a bad review given what has been a tough year + for the restaurant business but this was unacceptable in how we were treated. A simple acknowledgment and a gracious and sincere apology would have gone a long ways but instead, we were met with neither. Would not recommend just simply on how everything was handled. Mistakes happen but we have never had it handled so badly before.

We discovered Lupo on our last visit in 2019. I feel it’s even better than our first visit . I made a reservation before our trip via email . We were immediately taken to our table & the server greeted us immediately to take our drink order . She was very attentive to any questions we had about the menu . We ordered rigatoni and the Lupo pizza along with an order of foccacio bread .The food arrived in a timely manner .The pizza was served on a wooden rectangular board . It was delicious with thin crust & not heavy on the cheese . They do not tack on a 10% service charge , which was a first since we’ve been to the island . Therefore I was able to leave my own gratuity . The bill was moderate compared to other places we’ve dined . We would definitely go back on our next visit . It was very busy so make a reservation

This is one of the few Italian restaurants in Providenciales and we decided to visit due to curfew time constraints. We ordered a lasagna and a penne a la vodka. The lasagna was missing flavor and the penne a la vodka was average. The garlic bread was cold and tasted very weird. The service was rushed and at times we felt ignored by the waiter. I would recommend you skip this restaurant as there are other great ones, but expensive in the island.

We started off good the meatballs and soup starters were good and then it went down hill. We ordered the tagliatelle bolognese and it was flavourless. I ordered the mahi mahi and it came over cooked and missing the risotto. When I asked about it they told me I got someone else’s meal and within two minutes my dish arrived. The fish was over cooked again. I ordered a chicken dish instead and that took 20 min and my wife was done eating. When the bill came they charged me for the fish which was more than the chicken so they corrected that. In fairness after sending the two fish back and taking forever my chicken should of been taken off the bill. Poor customer service, this was my second and last time here. Go to Baci better food and priced similar.

We had a reservation, showed up on time, and the waiting began. 15 minutes to get a menu, 20 minutes to take our order, appetizers hadn't come in 1 hour so we asked a waiter (not ours) since she was MIA for all of this time. The manager showed up, apologized, and we finally got our garlic bread. Another 15 minutes and our meals started showing up, I got mahi mahi which managed to be overcooked on one side and pink in the middle, and the risotto was not risotto- maybe cheesy rice? The other entrees were okay at best, my son's pasta entre was the best of the bunch. We wouldn't go back, and do not recommend.

My son and husband have celiac and it is so hard to get good pasta. Tonight we at at Lupo's and it was superb. My son had Gluten Free Spaghetti and Meatballs and my husband had GF fetucinni Alfredo . It was all so good. You can eat outside which makes it feel safe during COVID. Of course the regular pasta with gluten is fabulous, too.

Due to COVID we decided to pick up a great Italian dinner. We ordered a few orders of the Bolognese. The pasta was really good. If you like more spice you may need to ask for chili flakes or something. When we went to pick up the food, the people behind the counter (think one may have been the owner) were extremely nice and we noticed they stocked all the wine we had been looking for elsewhere. This is a great little restaurant if you'd looking for good Italian.

My family of 11 visited Turks and Caicos this past week and we dined at Lupo on our last night of the trip. We were skeptical after reading a few negative reviews but were blown away by the menu, service (thanks, V and Bishop!), and food. We're a large, traditional Italian family with palates for authentic Italian food, and can happily say that this meal surely surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend the polenta fries, pizzas, and pasta dishes. We can't wait to dine at Lupo when we visit again!
