Very good food and atmosphere. Service staff attentive and friendly. Entertainment 2 times a week. Tell Anderson, LaShonda and Lizabeth that I say HI.

The service is very poor and the meals are low quality. We were there a week and I don't think they got one order right. We eventually stopped eating there.

Big portions of great food. Service is on island time, but it's worth the visit. Lobster bisque, pork tenderloin, grilled lobster, and salmon were all delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed Kitchen 218 several times now. Lashanda is wonderful to help with any meal decisions you may have, as well as Dio, or even Sly who is up at the bar. Nice!

Not impressed. We kept hearing about how special the restaurant at Beach House is so we made a point of going. It did not live up to the hype. We went at their earliest time and made our reservation in advance. When we arrived early...there was no one to greet us, the staff was around the kitchen. It created some confusion with all the guests because no one knew exactly where to go. My wife and I walked the property and were disappointed that both sides of the property smelled of raw sewerage. I’m sure this was an aberration because the reviews of Beach House are very high. The restaurant itself is immediately outside the Beach House pool which is kind of awkward. The time the restaurant was supposed to start seating came and went and still no one at the front of restaurant. About 5-10 minutes late someone came out and of course there was a mad dash to get back in line by the hungry diners. Now onto the meal. First, service was fine, however when my soup came out there were no spoons. Server did not notice this so I had to ask for one. Not a huge deal but, if you are going to offer soup on your menu, put spoons out in advance. The food itself was fantastic! Very tasty. The portions though... sparse. This is the only place I ate at that I left hungry. My garlic mashed potato portion seriously was the size of a tablespoon... On our return shuttle to Blue Haven the other group of four that left with us asked us how we liked our meal because they all hated theirs and said they’d never return. I also noticed the four back at the restaurant at Blue Haven later. For all the hype, I’d suggest going to Salt at Blue Haven every time before I’d suggest this place. Maybe it was a bad night.More

Great food and service. We love looking at the boats! I reminisced about sailing days. Chef Michael has a great menu and love the variety.

The food is delicious, and menu changes daily. The dining experience can be very long, upward of 2 - 3 hours for a 3 course meal, so be prepared. Also, I'd recommend arriving early. We often ate around 8pm and found that menu offerings were...no longer available.More

(same day) Dinner reservations are required unless you are staying at the Beach House. We were staying at the sister resort, Alexandra, so we called at 7am to make a reservation, and had no problems getting one. This restaurant was included in our all-inclusive package,...and it was far and above the best food and service we received. If we had had to pay separately for this meal, it would easily have topped $150, so being part of the A.I. was a great value. There is a dress code, and they enforce it, but it felt nice to dress up a bit after spending the day in a swimsuit. After taking and delivering our drink orders, we were given a basket of fresh, warm bread, with some butter and mini soup cups for dipping. We each ordered caesar salads, and I had the beef loin, while my husband had the seafood paella. Everything was delicious. My steak was so tender I could cut it with a butter knife. Our server, Morvin, was very attentive, and our glasses were never less than half full. Morvin was just the right amount of chatty without being intrusive. We handed a tip directly to him. I think the maitre'd must have noticed no tip on the table and thought we did not tip, because as we were leaving, he rushed up to ask us if there was a problem or if everything was okay. He was probably really confused when we gushed about how wonderful both the food and service were! We would 100% return!More

Yes, most definitely you could dine there. We did not stay there and it was all inclusive when we were there but had no prop problem dining at the restaurant. The food is excellent. If you have a chance go to Grace’s Cottage... More
