Our wine and food pairing in the Tasting Room at Seven went well beyond all expectations we had from the moment we arrived. The manager, Luz, is passionate about premier, personalized service. The Chef, Leonardo, personally introduced each of his creative dishes and discussed the...source of the food (a lot is locally sourced and organic) and how he prepared it. My favorite was the cured sashimi tuna with savory roasted strawberry topped with caviar. Who knew strawberries could pair so well with tuna? Leo matched them perfectly. My husband’s favorite dish was the diver scallops with pumpkin purée and mango. And of course, second place for both of us was the heritage beef with morel mushrooms and green lentil paired with a 2018 Omnia Chateauneuf-du-Pape from the Rhône Valley. Luz and her staff offered unique wines perfectly paired with the food and gave a history of each winery. Some of the wines I had not tried before and can’t be found in the States. Our favorite was a German Pinot Blanc by Markus Malitor. The night concluded with an introduction to the new pastry chef who is an absolute food artist. Delicious. The entire night was fabulous from the start in a private room surrounded by walls of wine to the end when we left with a box of goodies and feeling like we had new, quite talented friends. Their hard work and love for their profession was obvious. If you have an opportunity to dine in the tasting room don’t pass it up!More

The atmosphere, service and the food were all excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive and loved the baby in our party. The food was exceptional! I would (and already have) suggest other travelers dine there!

The service is the slowest service I’ve ever had and we eat out every week all over the world. This is not our first time traveling to Turks but with it being off season we were limited on where to eat. It took over 15...minutes of us seating to even get water..another 30 minutes for a drink (not that many tables at this restaurant so we could understand if they were very busy but that was not the case) we counted 5 servers on staff. We started with the pumpkin raviolis which were so bland and came out cold. Husband had lobster curry dish was just okay but he’d not get again. I had the blackened grouper which was the most bland dish I’ve ever had in my life! For dessert we had the chocolate snickers which we couldn’t even finish it was so nasty. Everything reminded me of bland cruise food in the buffet area. We’re both very easy people to please and this was a big disappointment and waste of $200. Would not recommendMore

The Seven Restaurant is located in the Seven Seas Hotel at Grace Bay Providenciaies. We were staying at the Ritz Hotel next door. Just a jump between properties. This is listed as a 5 star dining. I wored a long summer dress and my husband...wore dress shorts, a golf shirt and flip flops. We chose to sit on the outside patio. The inside bar is beautiful and inviting. The food was excellent. I had the Grouper and my husband enjoyed a pasta dish that was light with olive oli and shrimp. I actually liked my husbands dish more than the Grouper. It was our anniversary and so we were treated with a happy anniversary plated dessert. Our entrees were around $40 each. We started with a Beet Bruschetta appetizer which was delightful. Highly Recommend, 2 adults age 60tys. September 15, 2023More

If you want to have a great night - reserve the Private Dining experience. Ask for Nandini and Renis. The food and service was spectacular. You will have a three course menu with options to choose from as well as the option to choose from...an evening of dining in a private Cabana or directly on the beach. Tuna Cappaccio- Wonderful Blackened Salmon w/Mashed Potatoes - Fresh seafood/Mashed Potatoes (best I've had in my 40 years) Chocolate Cake- Phenomenal *added you can sync you're phone to a bluetooth speaker but the artist performing at the Deck ensures that you will not need to use it.More

In my top 3 of favorites every time we visit! Food and service are phenomenal! Cocktails delicious too! We may be partial because we love Seven Stars resort but our party of 7 left no food in any dish! Fresh and outstanding

Dinner was the best so far this week of our stay in Turks and Caicos . The pumpkin ravioli, the grouper and jerked chicken were excellent. Our servers gulinx and Kathina were attentive and friendly. The outdoor setting was beautiful. We highly recommend.

The body language and general demeanor from the host at the front in the reception area who sat us at our table and that of our waitress was no good. It just takes a smile. But you will not even get one smile. It feels...like they are doing you a favor for sitting you on the table and serving you. The host has to smile and speak in a nice way to the people entering the restaurant. This is basic. Especially for a supposedly high-end restaurant. The waitress has to be more aware of the tables and to know when to come in and ask for anything instead of imposing her presence. More awareness, finesse and tact are needed. Our waiter, on the other hand was much better.More

The food is good HOWEVER the service was nonexistent. Everything took forever with no explanation or even an apology. We waited over 45 minutes for our dinner entrees. Considering it’s one of the better restaurants on the island I was surprised at the lack of...awareness from the waitstaff. No one seemed to care to acknowledge that we were sitting there while tables around us were served their meals. Even if it was a kitchen issue, someone should have addressed the wait. Overall very disappointing and can’t in good conscience recommend it.More

The restaurant at seven is amazing. The service is impeccable. The food is tremendous. The setting is beautiful but without question the star of this restaurant is the bar. They have true mixologists, who are friendly, knowledgeable, make arguably the best cocktails on the island..., and are just a pleasure to be around, especially Ronel. Any visit to Provo is not complete without sitting at the bar at seven and experiencing a well-made cocktail 85%.More

Best dinner and service at Sevens. Local grouper, papparedelle pasta with shrimp, tuna app, escargot…every dish was top notch. Our servers Gulinex and Wilkenson made our time so memorable. Amazing service, best dinner/service/ambience. Can’t wait to go back!

Our first dinner in town and it was exceptional. There were three of us and we all had a different seafood meal. Everyone loved their food. Service was top notch. Prices were comparable to other places that we ate at that weren't nearly as good....After 8 nights of eating out at a different restaurant every night this one was clearly the best!More

Entering the foyer of Seven displayed a lack of attention to detail. The cylindrical vases were filled with cloudy water with withering sunflowers. Service was slow and inefficient. Cocktails were sub par. We tasted our drinks and returned them. Our wait person relayed that the...manager did not want to credit our bill for the returned drinks. Reluctantly the two drinks were removed from the total. On a good note, the ambiance of Seven was conducive for the 6 of us to feel comfortable talking.More
