After spending a week aboard the Explorer Venture II liveaboard dive boat we had to fid a place to eat our Friday night meal at the end of the week. For some reason the Pelican Bay Restaurant and Bar was hyped by the crew on the boat, so with that in mind, our group of 20 headed there for dinner.... More

We ate at the restaurant several times during our stay specifically for lunch and the amazing fish tacos. Our friends from our wedding week 1 1/2 years ago still talk about how yummy they were. It was a really nice add when the bar pulls down a large sheet as a screen to project sports events during the baseball playoffs!... More

We stayed at RWI (Pelican is located on RWI grounds) and LOVED it except for one thing - a majority of the staff is rude and act as if they rather be somewhere else. There are a few great employees and they really stand out. The happy hour 5-7 each night is a great way to save money on drinks... More

Great delicious food and friendly service equaling any restaurant on the island. Curried lobster and the classical barbecued ribs for me were our choices. The curried lobster was scrumptious!!! in the words of the Mrs. Myla and our server treated us to a culinary experience. Yes, my ribs (which I never get at home) hit the mark

We ate at least one meal here each day. Resort prices but the food was good. Same owners as Dannyboy's downtown. I would recommend

great apps and drinks, can't comment on dinner. Was a little out of the way if you are on the other side of Salt MIlls.

I'd rather eat at a TGI Fridays. Food was basic and a bit overpriced. We were bummed as this was the only restaurant on the property. There are SO MANY better places to go on the island. Great place to drink though.

Have stayed at RWI twice and eat at Pelican Bay for convenience. Was disappointed in the service this trip. Just slow even when not crowded. The thing I liked the least though was having to pay $3 for a very small glass of tea and then not getting free refills. Unfortunately this is not the only place that does so.... More
