Every time we stay in Turks we go only to this restaurant and bar we have been to many but we keep coming back here. Things we love ! Best happy hour ever! Same staff every time we return which is nice we build relationships...and friendships. The best Chef we know he cares so much about his dishes comes out speaks to the people will serve his food cares about what he serves. Portions are very nice cost as far as Turks goes is very reasonable. Mellow and the bartenders are so nice a on top of the bar with great service. Great views calm cool friendly area to share a drink or have food. If you go to Turks GO HEREMore

From the warm greeting we received upon the staggered arrival of our party of 14, to staying after closing to accommodate us in our every need, the service here was impeccable. Every one was kind and gave no pressure to order even as we waited...for the lagging members of our party. The food was delicious on every one of 14 meals. Aside from the taste, the presentation was magnificent as well. Those who drank were also very pleased. The ambiance of a table out by the pool was fabulous. But again I must come back to the totally outstanding service. Their warm hospitality made everything else that much more enjoyable.More

We stayed at Royal West Indies for a week. We frequently visited Pelican bay restaurant and bar during our stay. The meals we had all really good and I cant say enough about the staff. The bar tenders were all so personable and attentive. I...dont remember all their names, some were "Shorty",not his real name but we couldn't remember. Lanni, and Ricky. There's more that were great to us, sorry guys for not remembering. You all made our trip much better, thank you all.More

Just across the driveway from Grandview Condos. Great half price drinks and wonderful appetizers and pizza. My daily, had to have, was tempura tiger shrimp...delicious. The fries were great. In fact you cannot get a bad french fry in TCI. The rum punch was not...just tasty but a visual delight as well. Staff was friendly and efficient well worth checking out.More

This is a restaurant by a pool, so would recommend eating at sunset or later for ambiance. They brought out lanterns as we were leaving. However, the food blew us away. We both had Surf n Turf, which came with very good mashed potatoes and...vegetables. They have a large bar with a pool crowd, and a very large drink menu. Fabulous drinks as well. Was great to be able to have fabulous food and not have to dress up. Would recommend!More

Really enjoyed the dinner at Pelican Bay. Easy walk over on the beach to a very pleasant site (outdoor tables overlook the pool, not the beach). Extremely friendly and attentive service. Conch fritters were AMAZING, the tempura shrimp app also very good - had the...ribs and grilled lobster entrees, both very good.More

We went with another couple for the all you can eat lobster and it was everything I expected. Our waiter Jacky was one of the nicest guys we met on the island. Very personable and quite funny. They had cooking stations set up near the...bar and pool. One was a grill with the lobster, another with different shrimp styles and a 3rd with the pasta's. You simply walked up with your plate and asked for whatever it was you wanted and truly unlimited. The girls ordered from the menu and loved their entree's, while the boys each had 5-6 lobster tails and probably a dozen shrimp. Jacky was so stellar we went back on a different night for a couple cocktails just to chat with him again and he danced with my wife to celebrate (I believe he said he was a professional dancer)More

Some friends and I visited the restaurant and were surprised with how great the food was! The waiters were very kind and helped us pick out our food. We got the buffet and loved it! There was a great variety of foods with the vegetables...and meat being our favorites. The ribs cooked by Daryl were fabulous, they were cooked well and the barbecue sauce was perfect. Overall, an excellent place to eat!More

The music on Thursday is awful and way too loud for dining. You cannot talk to the person next to you without screaming. I’ve talked to others and when the music starts they leave. Bar staff don’t wear their masks.

Awful! We went for New Year’s and we were first people at restaurant. Two filets ordered Medium, one medium well, and one lobster. The two medium steaks came out rare, with one of them actually half raw. The medium well steak came out minutes later...and was rare. Lobster was cold. Sent steaks and lobster back and the medium well was still not cooked and wrong mashed potatoes were sent out with all meals. Lobster came out completely dried up. Ended up leaving without even eating. We did pay for the one steak that one family member ate.More

As we were staying at RWI we ate here for a few dinners, a lunch and a breakfast. I will say this....when a great cook was on, this place is fabulous and a bargain compared to other restaurants. If you go on an off night...not...as good. I would give it a try and def. ask what is good tonight. My son loved the mahi mahi and one night my husband got the ribs which he was so please with. Once night I just got a simple cesear with shrimp and it was the best I've had. Oh and the entree portions are huge. And do go for the happy hour! Oh and live music Thursdays and maybe other nights.More

We stopped by and had lunch one day after shopping in Grace Bay and were blown about by how good the food was. Unique options like coconut cracked lobster caught our eye and it was delicious. Such a great place, and perfectly located adjacent to...the beach if you want to stop in for a quite bite!More

Best Happy Hour on the island! Food is just ok, service is slow. We came to Pelican Bay a few times during our stay because it was close to our room and had good beach access. I’ll start with the positive, hands down Pelican Bay...has the best happy hour on the island. It starts at 5:00 and is available every night. 50% off all liquor, beer and house wines (house wines are those served by the glass) . The breakfast was pretty good, we had omelets. The omelet had lots of yummy veggies, but did not have much meat. (We ordered ham and bacon) . We are here once for dinner. It was disappointing. Service was exceptionally slow, and that is based on the expectation of slow service that is prevalent on the island. The food was not that good either. We had the snapper and Greek salad and truffle sweet potato fries. The fries did not have any truffle on them. The Greek salad was average and the fish was over cooked. Come here for happy hour and them go somewhere else for dinner.More
