Watched the sunset at Sapodilla Beach then came to Las Brisas for dinner. There were 4 in our group and let me start by saying we over ordered! We all split the nachos, covered in melted cheese, which came with pico, guacamole and sour cream and were great. The two ladies in our group ordered the chicken, grilled, with black beans and baked potato sides and the conch with side salad and steamed veggies - all of which they said was really good. The 2 guys (of which I was one) split 3 tapas: conch fritters (so many places have not had conch this week that we couldn't pass them up), conch 2 ways (creole and cracked) and the coconut snapper tacos. There were probably 7 fritters in the order and they were quite tasty. The two conchs seemed to be prepared similarly but with different sauces - we liked the creole better. The coconut snapper tacos were awesome! By far our favorite item. As I mentioned, we ordered too much and took leftovers home. The restaurant does overlook Chalk Sound but after the sun sets, it's too dark to enjoy the view. The atmosphere is romantic, especially with Carlo singing and playing his violin (he was good, too). We will be back to see the Sound during daylight and maybe another meal.

Ate here for both and the food was good. We didn't have the best experience or luck with ordering food though. When we went for lunch, they forgot to put our order in so we had to wait quite a while, when we went for dinner they forgot to put 2 or 3 apps in so we didn't get them until half way through the main meal. Everything was good though as were the drinks.

Impressive location with fantastic view on the lagoon. Very large menu with a focus on local food. Excellent lobster (you can choose 8/9/12 an more oz) cooked to perfection. Good service but a bit slow.
Very good value for money

Beautiful views from the outside restaurant area down luminous , turquoise Chalk Sound .
Arrived to no particular greeting and had to catch a servers eye to be ( somewhat reluctantly ) seated . Table was stained , perfunctory wipe down didn’t much help. We waited quite a while ans asked for water ( which did appear) , and a sushi menu ( twice) . Eventually the owner came over seeing we were a little peeved , and we got a sushi menu after 10 minutes or so. Overall we weren’t feeling welcome or happy and we decided to leave . Previous experiences at Las Brisas haven’t been as negative as this one , and our judgment is that usually the food is average , service poor, but the view is frankly worth it . Just has the feeling no one much cares about the guests ! Rumour has it that the property is in the process of being sold, so maybe this is the explanation ? Shame as with a little attention to detail and service this could be a wonderful place to dine .

Our waiter forgot 2 salad entrees and I had to get up numerous times to find him. I asked for medium for the Beef Wellington and it came bloody rare. Again I had to find him so he can take it back. This was not even close to beef wellington and then it was over cooked when he did bring it back. The shrimp salad came with 3 tiny shrimp so you were hungry afterwards. Just to get to Las Brisas you have to pass the Industrial part of the Island which was creepy. There were many loud and drunk guests and the waiter ignored us all night. Terrible restaurant!!!

From the moment we arrived and there were 5 groups with reservations waiting on tables to leave we should have known. Organised chaos.
Our first course was average at best and it went downhill from there. My son’s steak arrived with rice not fries and was greeted with a shrug from the server, who couldn’t care less. When I eventually got the bill they even charged an extra $6 for the fries that should have been on the order in the first place.
My steak was well done, not medium rare as ordered and it took 25 minutes to be sorted out by which time the rest of the table had long since finished their meals.
Lobster season starts August 1st in TCI. We chose this restaurant especially for lobster. It was a shame a steak knife was needed to cut it. I think they started cooking it the morning before our booking.
Save yourself the drive to here and eat at any number of better restaurants that aren’t in the middle of nowhere

If you are coming for drinks, the view is amazing. That is where it ends though. The food was average at best. I tried the stuffed chicken. You could taste the fish flavor on the fried chicken. What made this place a complete turn off for me was the service fee added onto the bill. When I asked the waiter about it, he said it was for the kitchen staff. You then have to tip on top of the bill for the waiter. This is a bad move on the restraints part. We ate out almost every meal in the week we were here and never were charged a service fee. We ate at restaurants at the seven stars which is a five star resort that didn’t charge these fees. Skip this place!

We came for breakfast and there was only one other occupied table. The coffee tasted like instant. I had Eggs Benedict Salmon which as served with poorly cooked potatoes and the eggs were cold. Being how slow the place was at the time, there is really no excuse. My wife enjoyed her pancakes. The setting is just-beautiful!

We had dinner at this place on a whim When we went to that side of the island to see Chalk Sound and Sopadilla Beach. While we didn't have a reservation and were dressed more for the beach than for a nice restaurant, they gave us rockstar seating out on the patio with a stunning view of Chalk Sound. Everyone absolutely loved their food and we decided it was among our favorite restaurants we visited while on Provo. They had a decent wine list and some really yummy craft cocktails. The view alone was worth a visit but the service and the food put it on our "Must return to" list.

My husband and I rented a car and ended up here, what a joy. He had fish and chips, I had Tuna salad with a very reasonably priced bottle of wine. All very delicious, throughly enjoyable experience. The views are beautiful, nice and breezy too!

Excellent lunch spot with a stunning view of Chalk Sound. Prices are inline with Provo. If you go for lunch get there early or might have to wait a bit but the drinks are very good and sitting with your feet in the pool makes the time pass quickly.

We had the worst experience here. We were treated horribly by the owner. I ordered a grilled fish wrap. Besides the fact that there was maybe 3 ounces of fish in the entire wrap (I didn’t mention it to them), it was really fishy. I told them it tasted fishy and and gave the server my wrap back in a side plate. It was so slow there and I didn’t want to wait again for my meal nor did i want to order fish there again. I asked them to charge me for the side salad that was on my plate that I had eaten, and obviously for my daughter’s food. The owner came over and told me no refunds on food, that I should know when ordering fish that it tastes fishy. I explained that I eat fish all the time and it never tastes fishy like this and that it was inedible. They refused to make me a new wrap (even though they had already taken away my original wrap) nor take it off my bill. I kept explaining to the owner that it was inedible but she wouldn’t budge nor would they make me a new one or get me anything else. I was basically forced to pay. Worst experience on our trip. We went to Omar’s and had the best fish tacos!! The only redeeming thing about this place is the view.

I was sick immediately after eating the conch bisque and could not even get thru the Entree. I threw up in the parking lot and was sick for the rest of the day and so was the other person in our party that had the conch bisque. The food is covered and ran across the pool deck from the open air kitchen. When the phone rang The manager? was yelling at staff to pick up the phone. She then proceeded to speak on the phone (loudly) while refilling water and removing items from the tables. This place is totally disorganized and it is unsafe to eat. Down on the beach where they rent kayaks we saw a giant rat run by and enter the basement under the restaurant where the pool filter's and other restaurant items are stored.
Furthermore, while staying on the property you might think that the pool looks relaxing. However, you will here the noise of Rachel, the owner, screaming orders in the kitchen next to the pool. There will also be a constant stream of servers going back and forth across the pool deck to service the restaurant.

Server never brought food or checked on us, things we asked for never came and the server just left in the middle of a “busy” dinner crowd. We were there for 4 hours….Place overwhelmed with normal amount of patrons on a Saturday night. No offers to comp anything… just ignored. My suggestion is they hire more staff if they cannot keep up with a normal dinner time crowd.

This restaurant was the closet to our Villa located in Taylor Bay Beach. We had a reservation for dinner, and were seated about mid restaurant. The wind was excessive, and this made the dining experience less than enjoyable. I know this is not the problem of the restaurant, so to comment on what they can control ... the service was average, it is not they were not around the table, but conversation is quite minimal. I had to hurry and drink my wine as I was afraid it would blow off the table. Once the food arrived, my steak was cold very quickly, but it did have a good taste, and I enjoyed the jasmine rice. We decided to skip desert due to the wind, and returned to our villa.
