The best thing about the place is views. Owner seemed friendly and greeted every table. The other 2 servers were horrible. Not pleasant at all. The food was meh. The goat cheese salad was bunch of iceberg with canned beet some pecan and goat cheese....The bruschetta was not real Italian bruschetta. It was extremely oily. Eat because I was starving. Won't eat here again.More

Perfect location off of Chalk Sound. Food and drinks were great, even the pool at lunch felt good. Perfect place to go when visiting Taylor or Sapodilla

If you are coming for drinks, the view is amazing. That is where it ends though. The food was average at best. I tried the stuffed chicken. You could taste the fish flavor on the fried chicken. What made this place a complete turn off...for me was the service fee added onto the bill. When I asked the waiter about it, he said it was for the kitchen staff. You then have to tip on top of the bill for the waiter. This is a bad move on the restraints part. We ate out almost every meal in the week we were here and never were charged a service fee. We ate at restaurants at the seven stars which is a five star resort that didn’t charge these fees. Skip this place!More

We visited Las Brisas twice this visit while staying at a Villa right down the street on Chalk Sound. Both times the service was absolutely horrible. It was so bad the second time that I had to get up twice to track down items my...party needed (drinks, condiments) and had to hunt down the waiter for the bill. Here is the scoop... 1. Food: Cuban burger was delicious according to my son. Sushi rolls are ordinary; they were much better when we visited last time in 2019 when they first introduced the sushi menu. The shrimp dish came out stone cold as did the onion rings. The oxtail was delicious. 2. Service: I generally think the service at most dining establishments on T&C is very good. Something is wrong here at Las Brisas. The staff is disinterested at best. When I went to find my waiter to get the bill, he never said anything to me whatsoever. No apology...no, "can I get you anything else?" 3. Atmosphere: As they say, "location, location, location"...and Las Brisas has it, especially at sunset. 4. Billing practice: This is the thing that really pisses me off. See the attached bills. It clearly states, "Gratuity Not Included". This is blatantly disingenuous. Yes, the 10% "Service Fee" is a gratuity. It may go to the house to be split...but...it is a gratuity. There is no other place on Provo that I visited in the 12 days that I was there (or any other trip) that has this misleading language. No, Las Brisas...tourists are not stupid. Bottom line: Pass on this place. Too many other good choices: Caicos Cafe, Coyaba, Omar's, or Somewhere to name a few with fabulous food and attentive service. Good luck!More

We ate here one night during our week trip to TCI. Set in a lovely spot on the Chalk Sound, it is a beautiful restaurant. Great food, excellent servers, and the entertainment was just amazing (Male Vocalist who really should be on THE VOICE). Next...trip we will rent a car so we can go anytime we want!More

What an incredible surprise! Had not heard of Las Brisas while on the island the first time and saw an ad in a magazine and decided to check it out. First of all: the view! The most magnificent view ever! I’ve had dinner at places...with beautiful views, so I thought, up until I had lunch here. Absolutely breathtaking! Even if the food wasn’t good, (which it totally is, will get to that soon) this place is worth it just for the views. Not sure what sunset here looks like but I will for sure be returning next time on the island to check it out! Now on to what matters: the food. 10/10! The snapper tacos are THE best fish tacos I have ever had! So is the coconut shrimp! Completely delicious and out of this world! The fish sandwich with yucca chips were also delicious! I had never had yucca chips before and fell in love! This place deserves more credit and merit because the service is awesome, food is delicious, and it has the perfect view. 1000% recommend and is a must go to in Provo!More

Truly a fabulous.. place. We are fine diners, love great service and a view with live music well.. it just is heaven. the staff and food is excellent. We went with our family.. they had it all.. food for kids, great cocktails, excellent fish, sushi...and steak. For this reason, they get 5 stars.. we loved it so much we came back for the boat tour, lunch and swim.. this place is a slice of heaven. Rachel the owner is lovely and her staff takes tremendous pride in their service and food. It is a not to miss spot for sure.. I love it and highly recommend it.More

Recommended by a breakfast place in town we decided to make the excursion to Chalk Sound...its a haul and and hefty cab fair if you don't have a rental car. Well worth it. The sunset and pleasant breeze was great... We enjoyed wonderful dishes....sushi, peruvian...ceviche and great mojitos. The proprietor is a nice woman of cuban decent that seemed to run a tight ship. The whole facility was rebuilt after the last storm and was very nice with the kitchen pool and dining area well designed and pleasant for the visitors. We would have gone back but not enough time!More

This is a mandatory stop on any trip to Provo. So good we went back for our pre-departure flight meal. But it’s not just the stellar food, it’s the atmosphere and the team that engage you like family. Rachel and staff could not have made...us more welcome. And we were not staying on the villa property. We rented kayaks, on a ridiculously windy day, and had a blast on Chalk Sound. Returned and ate an amazing lunch with a surreal view. There is nothing bad on the menu....nothing. But this stop may have the best tacos on island. This is a full service spot for a day, kayaks/SUP rentals, pool, boat tours of the sound, sundries shop, full bar and restaurant...and away from the tourist frenzy of Grace Bay. Wanna feel more local, Get Here!!More

My husband and I rented a car and ended up here, what a joy. He had fish and chips, I had Tuna salad with a very reasonably priced bottle of wine. All very delicious, throughly enjoyable experience. The views are beautiful, nice and breezy too!
