This was by far the best restaurant we went to in Provo. We actually went back a second time because we loved it so much. We all ordered fish entrees (snapper and halibut) and were blown away. Probably the best restaurant meal we’ve had in...recent memory (and we live in NYC). Definitely not to be missed!More

we decided to come here based on the ratings only to experience cheap, stale and tasteless food. For group of 3 from NY, we had drinks, ordered 3 apps and 1 main each. The alcohol was definitely really cheap. Our apps and mains were SO...bad. I’ve never had to spit out food from any restaurant, but I had to do it 3x (I really put in the effort to enjoy it). It was intolerable. I find it incredibly rude for the restaurant to expect tourists to pay such a premium for the cardboard quality dishes. It felt like a true tourist trap. Please save your money and do not come here. They do not deserve business and our time and money if they’re going to continue to charge so much and give us such horrible dishes and experience. Again, please do not come here, especially at the start of your trip. I’d recommend coco bistro or coco van.More

Incredible menu and preparation by Eric and service by KD made for an excellent dinner for four of us on our third night in Grace Bay. Red snapper special was presented beautifully and delivered a wonderful taste experience. Le canard duo (duck two ways) was...perfectly prepared.More

We didn't eat at every gourmet spot in Turks And Caicos but I've been to enough Michelin star restaurants to know when the chef truly understands ingredients and flavors. This was an exquisite dinner. The beet carpaccio and squid ink pasta with langoustine tail were...expertly made. The duck foie terrine was a wonderful mix of savory and sweet. A must for a romantic dinner for two.More

My husband and I spent seven days in Provo and came here for our Christmas dinner based on the reviews on Trip Advisor, and also because you could easily place a reservation on Open Table. The food and service were amazing, and we felt very...safe in terms of COVID as we sat outdoors. For appetizers we ordered the octopus and beans, foie gras and mushroom risotto (could have skipped this one). I loved my fish entree that was Japanese inspired with Dashi stock, and my husband enjoyed his Christmas Duck two-ways as well. Do come here if you are willing to splurge a little more for food on your trip to Provo! What a memorable Christmas meal in the Caribbean.More

Sat at the chefs table and watched Eric prepare and serve the fabulous five course tasting menu and wine pairing. My favourite course was the lobster tail with just the right amount of char in the most fabulous of soups. The wine choices were lovely...and as a francophile I was in heaven. I have eaten in Provence a few times over the years and the one small thing that needed work was the service. In my opinion Eric and his wife have totally cracked it!!! We were served by a knowledgeable and attentive (not overly so) guy who knew exactly what was on our plate. Worth every penny and undoubtedly the best fine dining in Provo and beyond.More

One of my most enjoyable meals in a long time! Eric has his place running like a Rolex, everything was meticulously in place, each meal was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on! His son works by his side along with a staff that...does not miss a single detail. If you go, you will want to go back the next night! Sit at the bar where you can watch it all happen and you will have a blast.More

We decided to eat here on Thanksgiving and it blew us away, so we returned the next night for another fantastic meal. The food - every dish we ordered arrived with the "wow" factor - beautiful presentation, extremely creative combinations of flavors, and absolutely fresh...and delicious. Every bite was different because Chef Eric designs his dishes with so many unique facets to each item. Even the various plates/dishes he uses are beautiful (check out the photos to see how amazing the dishes are). The service - we were welcomed warmly by several of the staff and were seated in Vanessa's section. She is an excellent server and a lovely person - we enjoyed her so much that we requested her on our second night there. In addition, everyone on the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and professional - the chef has prepared them well. The atmosphere - we chose to sit outside both nights. The tables are well-spaced so you have privacy and can chat without hearing other guests. Also, the way they set up the outside with the lighting, etc. is romantic and relaxing. Both evenings we were there, there was a beautiful breeze which added to the experience.More

I started with the buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes, with tiny beet balls and avocado balls. Beautiful presentation. Then I had gnocchi, which was very good. Hubby had Chef Eric's take on Calif. rolls, which my husband said were excellent. Then he had blackened Mahi Mahi...with coconut rice. He said the seasonings were flavorful but not overpowering. The only area for improvement was the service. A friendly server can make a dinner experience. This server was rather abrupt. She removed my fork from my appetizer and parked it on the table so I could re-use it for the gnocchi. This is too nice a restaurant for that kind of move. We didn't have dessert, but it's always fun to look, so we requested the dessert menu. She tossed them on the table!More

There are always three entree options, Mahi-mahi, Seabass, as well as Snapper. Usually a daily feature is available too. Also several lobster options.
