We loved this place. The setting, among tall gorgeous palm trees is not to be missed. This is a special occasion type of place. The menu is extensive, but our daughter couldn't find anything to suit her dietary restrictions, but the waiter was so kind...to offer her anything that she wanted. And the kitchen actually made her exactly what she asked for, off menu. The rest of us were very pleased with what we ordered off the menu. Everything very delicious. Highly recommend.More

Everything was absolutely wonderful here. We basically had to eat family style, because we all wanted to try several different things. My son really loved the carbonara. The tuna was to die for. The lobster was in season and fantastic! It was so good we...went back, two night later!More

Great outdoor dining beneath the palm trees. Tables could have been better spaced. Extensive menu. Excellent food. Make a reservation early; it is hard to get in. As an alternate, they have a food trailer serving lighter fare which is equally as good as the...full restaurantMore

Right in the middle of the hotel district on Grace Bay, it provides excellent and relatively consistent fare. Coco is always busy even in the middle of a pandemic but the service is the best in the islands. Period. You don't wait long for attention....This is overwhelmingly a tourist haunt. Locals don't seem to come here. Food is 4.5. It is no better than a dozen other less busy and less formal settings but the service and the outdoor patio put it in the top rank. For a slightly fancy night out, this is a step above Infiniti across the road. Desserts are actually best in class.More

We had heard great things about this restaurant so we booked a table at 8. We showed up at 7:50 and checked in. We were given a beeper that would let us know when our table was ready. At 8:45 they finally beeped us and...took us to our table. It took 15 minutes for our server to make an appearance and take our drink order. The bottle of wine came out 20 minutes later, and the food came out 25 minutes after that. If you’re keeping track of the time it’s now 9:45 and the restaurant closes at 10 (Covid regulations in effect). My old fashioned, which I ordered at the same time as the bottle of wine showed up AFTER the food. They didn’t kick us out at 10, but at 10:10 the server brought the bill and stood right there to take my card. He showed back up in about 2 minutes with the check for me to sign, then stood there right beside us again as I filled it out. The food was very good, but I wouldn’t go back due to the atrocious service.More

The place itself very nice, they have great variety of drinks, including Macallan. Lobster bisque was very light, not heavy at all, their rolls were surprisingly outstanding. Main dish - mahi mahi - was good as well, although a bit over cooked to my taste,...but still amazing.More

We have not visited Turks and Caico’s in the past 5 years, but COCO Bistro was still excellent as ever . Food was fresh and great flavors . Love the setting among the palm trees, and nicely lit .

We've been to Provo twice now. Tried multiple restaurants, Coco Bistro is the best, affordable, lots of flavor, friendly and quick! Great Drinks too! Food we ordered was, Mac and Cheese Balls, spicy steak tacos, fish tacos and big Mac egg rolls. So yummy! Our...group ordered multi dishes and then just shared. We left full and happy! The setting is also really neat, full of vegetation and tropical with nice calming lights.More

Absolutely. The korean steak appetizer is fabulous and there are other meat and chicken dishes without much spice, if any.

Be sure to make a reservation after dark. The way the place is lighted is quite romantic. This is why evening reservations are so hard to get and the early day time reservations are easier to come by.
