Lunch and beers after diving were perfect at the Sandbar. The fish sandwiches were really good. We had them fried (crispy).. Also, the restaurant followed all COVID regs (<10 people, spaced out tables, disposal plates, etc)

We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the great food! The menu was limited and written on a chalk board, we each found something we liked. There are not many drink options, so we all enjoyed a tropical drink. It is right...on the beach, and if you like, you can just walk down and sit on the beach. We stayed in the dining area (very small) and enjoyed the view of the gorgeous water and the nice breeze. Everyone was super friendly! Try this place out when in Grand Turk!More

I can't speak to the food, because we just stopped here for a few drinks only. Sandbar is a cool little spot, right on the calm beach and had a great crowd and super friendly service from JoAnna who was a ton of fun (and...has great taste in music!). It's just one of those cool hang out spots and the food coming out of the kitchen looked tasty. Next time we'll be back, and try the food too. Go!More

In all of my travels to the Caribbean, California, Florida, Mexico and other tropical beaches, this has been my favorite beach bar. The service was incredible, very friendly staff and very affordable. They don't offer a lot of drink options but honestly we just wanted...Coronas and rum punch the whole time we were in the Caribbean anyways and they make an excellent rum punch. The views are great being right on the water. You can look at the turquoise water and listen to the waves coming in or even just lay on the beach while you enjoy cocktails. They do offer lunch and it's excellent if you can find a time when they serve (we couldn't quite figure out the rhythm). You can see cruise ships coming in on the horizon and if you're lucky, can even see a whale breach or eagle ray jumping out of the water. Visit this spot. You won't be disappointed.More

Amazing spot and people. The only drawback were the hours. several times we turned up and they were no longer serving so that was a disappointment but with proper planning this would have been a go-to place while staying on Grand Turk

This is where locals meet the travelers although not a good place for a Solo traveler at lunch, which is when I went. The staff were more concentrated on the couples and had to get my own utensils and condiments. Decent prices, good food and...amazing views!!! Next time I may try it at sunset to see if it is more Solo traveler friendly..More

We had lunch a number of days during our trip. Good food, good service. They are open for drinks until sunset most days. Just a great chill spot.

What a great place to enjoy lunch, a drink, and the beauty of Grand Turk. Enjoyed the cracked conch and fries, but most of all, enjoyed the relaxing vibe of this small restaurant on the beach. Can't wait to return!

I would not expect the restaurant to run on rigid hours. Bacchus5 is right. Swing by and see if they are open. Great location and views. Even if they are not open.... It's an open air place.
