Stopped here on a cruise. Was a quick walk along the beach. Easy to find chairs outside the bar. The Jerk Chicken was delicious. We ordered a bucket (6 beers), they ran out of buckets but the guy made it work by putting together some bags with ice. The best part about this place was the honest man who served... More

This was my 2nd visit to Jack's. The jerk chicken was AMAZING. The drinks delicious. I felt the prices a little high, at least higher than I remember. This trip was definately more crowded. I chose to go to the bar to place my orders because I couldn't seem to grab the attention of the staff. The wi-fi here sucks.... More

Jack's Shack is only open when the cruise ships are in port. It is a party atmosphere. The jerk chicken and the cracked conch is really good. I recommend buying a bottle of the jerk sauce. Topher the dog is super cute and loves all the people.

Staff was prompt and courteous. Nice food, a short walk from the pier; and they welcomed us after our dive trip.

We walked here on the beach from the cruise docking pier for the jerk chicken, based on other reviews. Had conch fritters as well. Both were outstanding, although service was very slow even though they weren't crowded. We also had the grilled shrimp which were perfectly cooked and very flavorful. If the food hadn't been so good, we would have... More

We always spend our day at Jacks when we port at Grand Turk. The jerk chicken is great & beer is cold. The view of the ship & ocean is out of this world. You don't have to put up with all the crowds and the chain restaurant. We found this jewel when some of the crew told us that... More

Take a left when you hit the beach and walk down towards the next dock. Great adult hangout, cold beers, conch fritters and jerk chicken. Topher the doodle is great entertainment. Don't go if you are expecting it to be a childrens spot... bucket of 6 beers $24 which is two more than the cruise ship. Overall an enjoyable beach... More

This place is all about the kitsch and reputation. The view is beautiful and might have seemed like a better bargain if the island had been more crowded (we were there on a slow day). We did enjoy the conch fritters but the drinks were way over priced. We paid about $10US each for plastic cups of mixed drinks made... More

I am sorry you felt the drinks were overpriced. It is very expensive to buy our ingredients on island. Alcohol and mixers have high import duties in addition to shipping costs from the USA. For example, We pay $72 for a case (24) of Corona and $21 for a case (24) of Coke. We use brand name soft drinks and... More

We decided to go to Jack shack instead of the normal Margaritaville that we usually go to. The drinks were excellent and a lot cheaper than Margaritaville. Beach volleyball, great food, Great people and a stones throw away from the cruise ships! What more can you ask for? Great service? We got that here at Jack's shack!
