The food was amazing. True "Trini-home food" from breakfast to lunch. We went for a late breakfast on our last day in Trinidad. Price was more than local places $25 TT vs $15 TT for same meal in San Juan, but service was friendly and it was worth it. I had the saltfish and tomato choka on whole wheat bake.... More

Not just for breakfast. Lunch was phenomenal. A food court type of place where the locals are cooking your meal as you watch. Pelau only there on Saturday. Go often and try many different things. I loved it. A meal large enough to share ran 50TTD about 8 USD

while the food here can be a hit or miss I still recommend it for a local experience and good local food at a great price. I encountered some too salty food but I'm gonna say that's not the normal. I had a very good gabardine punch. The locals visit and hang here which I think is a positive ...... More

The food is made fresh, the portion size for one person can feed two people. Delicious, service was excellent. The dinning area faces the ocean, the breeze is awesome. What more could you ask for.

Dropped by for a quick breakfast on a weekday morning. Lots of local atmosphere as we watched office workers arrive by ferry to go to work in Downtown Port of Spain. No warm and friendly service here, but decent, authentic, local food at decent prices.

The best local food experience only a stone's throw from the Hyatt Regency. Every type of local is available.

Stop here to have lunch with my wife so she could meet up with some of her friends when we came back from our trip to Tobago...I enjoyed the view but my lunch was ok and there was way to many flies the day we were there.

The Breakfast Shed located at the newly revitalized International Waterfront Center was our place for lunch. We were right on the water; Trini women sold us homemade food from their stalls around the perimeter of an open air, picnic benched eating area. The large servings of Trinidadian fare include fish, chicken with macaroni pie, callaloo, plantains and rice, which only... More

Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Eat what the locals eat from one of the many street food vendors here. You can't go wrong!

The food I bought was tasty and delicious but I had to endure the flies and a few homeless people straggling around.
