Happy Tennis Players!

I have been coming here for 9 years during the 3 weeks I go to Nevis. This place is consistently fabulous and the people who work here (looking at you Sonia and Katisha Vic and Rain) are like seeing family. One of the people I was traveling with owns a high-end restaurant in the mid-west and said there are 2 places in the world he would get on a plane to go dine at and one of them is Indian Summer. Thank you all for another wonderful year and I can't wait to be back again. You all make my visit so special! Love, Katie

Day visit at the Nevis Island

We visited the Nevis island during our stay at the Park Hyatt. While searching for restaurants in St kitts and Nevis we came across the Indian summers reviews. After reading good reviews about the restaurant we decided to visit during our visit to the island. I have to tell you that this was my best indian meal away from India. Everything was excellent. The Nevis island in general was peaceful and people are so nice at the island. I miss this in the big city I come from.

Fresh and Spicey

The food and staff is very good, however, for most people who do not eat Indian food on a regular basis be sure to ask your server the spice and heat level of your items. I loved everything I ate, however, my guests couldn't handle the heat on a couple of the dishes. Food is fresh and delicious and love going back everytime I come to Nevis.

Outstanding Indian food

We've visited Nevis a few times and each time taken the attitude, "We didn't come to the Caribbean to eat Indian food". Wrong! This time we thought we'd take the advice of so many others and try Indian Summer. Everything was delicious (although not cheap) and the portions were so huge (just the right level of spiciness) that there was enough to take home and have another full meal the next day! Highly recommended.

A group of 11 of us descended upon Indian Summer at the last moment; the restaurant accommodated our short-notice booking with good grace and provided outstanding service throughout our meal. The food was exceptional, although we might have slightly over ordered on the starters (samosas, corn tikki, naan with cheese and tandoori aloo); be warned, portions here are generous. The menu is vast and varied and caters for pretty every much dietary requirement. Every dish that came out looked excellent and, judging by the comments and satisfied noises emitted by fellow diners, everything was thoroughly enjoyed. My own main course, Mutton Mughlai, was rich, well spiced and plentiful with large chunks of tender lamb. Completely stuffed after two delicious courses, we had to forgo a dessert but a round of iced pina coladas compensated for this. All in all then, Indian Summer (Nevis; there's a sister restaurant on St Kitts) offers superb Indian cusisine at great value for money, served by genuinely friendly and hospitable staff. It's a great spot for that special dinner.

They have the most amazing indian food we ever have had, and we are comparing them to the best restaurants in NYC and DC. This is the first time I have ever bothered to do a review. We wish this restaurant continued success and look forward to eating here in future years.

We ate at their new restaurant in Antigua (no TA site for them on Antigua but I know they own this restaurant!) We would never eat Indian food outside of the United Kingdom, its just not "holiday" food but given that most places in English Harbour are closed on a monday and Indian Summer was not, we went along with friends on their recommendation. Great location next to the water, lovely service by Vik and his team.Chicken saag was great, the fish curry my partner ordered was deemed delicious as well, the bread that accompanied the meal was super tasty.All the other dishes, there were many were all excellent. It was so good we returned agin and enjoyed the same standard of food and service. This was the best meal we ate in the 2 weeks we stayed in Antigua. Highly recommend even if it is not your usual go to cuisine on holiday, You deserve to do very well in your new venture. Would defiantly return. Thank you

We actually ate at the newly opened location in Frigate Bay St. Kitts. I love Indian food and have eaten it all over the world. Indian summer might be the best I have had. The whole family loved it. Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala and chicken in black pepper cashew sauce along with some garlic naan is what we ordered and everything was absolutely delicious. You can choose your level of spice, we went with medium which packed plenty of punch so you may want to be conservative in your choice when asked, to be on the safe side. Service was good and there are open air or a/c options at the Frigate Bay location. I also tried the Bombay Rum Punch cocktail which was.quite lovely.

Great Indian take out on Nevis

Having driven past this place every day it is apparent that they do a booming business. Stopped in to get some take out to bring it back to the house we were staying in on a Tuesday around 5:30. They had people arriving to eat in and had at least 10 to-go orders stacking up and a steady stream of folks coming in to pick them up. We got an order of butter chicken and another of biryani chicken and both were very good. Would order a side of rice as the butter chicken didn’t come with one. And should have gotten the naan. We’ll be back!

GREAT Indian food with a wide selection. Flavors were well balanced. Ordered “medium” spice and it was very mild for my liking. If you like spice, Definitely recommend ordering “spicy”. Paneer tikka masala was very well executed. Service could have been better. Service without an attitude would have been much appreciated. Overall great Indian food and would recommend it. Great prices! $12 USD for a dish is great for the touristy end of the island.

Authentic and delicious!

So our bad luck with a different restaurant led us to good luck at Indian Summer. After waiting almost 2 hours for a meal at another top rated restaurant, we left without a meal while approaching closing time on the island. Our cab driver recommended this local place..and she was so right! The food was incredible. Service good too. And our meal arrived timely with no hiccups. If you enjoy Indian food, I highly recommend. It’s a local gem!

This is our favorite restaurant in Nevis! The food is always amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. If you’ve never had Indian food or if you’ve had it somewhere else and did not like it, you have to give this place a try. It will make you a lifetime convert. The staff is amazing and the owners and managers are always willing to guide your choices. The fresh drinks are unique as well, and the passionate ginger is the freshest thing I’ve ever tasted. Every trip, we go there several times.

Best Indian food anywhere!

We happened upon this restaurant on a day trip to Nevis. My husband and I love Indian food and eat it whenever we get the chance. We both agreed that this was the best Indian food we have ever had. In addition to every dish being delicious all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We sat in a screened porch so we could enjoy the breezes without the bugs. Highly recommend this place!

The food is very good. I did not like the vegetable rice. It was oily and had a funky taste. Compared to the US, where the dishes are more sauce than meat, this is more meat than sauce. The inside has good atmosphere, but no one was there because it looks like most of their business is take out.

Better than Indian places in the US !

The food was incredible, we all had really flavorful dishes and really enjoyed them. We got a couple appetizers as well that were really tasty!! We enjoyed it better than we enjoy most indian places in the US. The atmosphere of this place was also very cute, super colorful and cute. Love the ambience. The servers were all very sweet and attentive.
