Food, ambiance, and owner outstanding. Incredible experience with our family! Worth the drive from Four Seasons. Get there in time for sunset.

Bananas is a rare find. It's up in the mountains of Nevis and in a kind of rain forest. But then the food: lunch is offered a limited menu, but everything we ate was quality, fresh and delicious!

We loved it so much, we went twice! They have the absolutely the best birthday song. The food is great and the property is beautiful. Tucked into the mountain, the property also has a great little boutique. Loved it! I highly recommend a visit if in the area!

Easily the best restaurant on Nevis including the ones at the Four Seasons. Must try if you've never been before.

WE LOVED Bananas. The owner was in town and she chatted with us. This was one of our favorite spots for dinner the week we were in Nevis. Incredibly charming, multiple levels outside, you truly feel as if you are eating in the jungle. Simply memorable. The food was fantastic as well which sometimes is hard to have great atmosphere... My wife and I saved Bananas for our last evening in Nevis, and had a wonderful time due in large measure to Leslie and her staff. Sunset on the balcony with the perfect evening cocktail is a special event not to be missed. Because the restaurant was fully booked our preferred table wasn't available, but Leslie quickly fixed that and... More

Nevis has many delicious restaurants with cuisine from all over the world, but if you want traditional island food in a upscale setting with breathtaking views of the island, definitely go to Bananas. In fact, go there early for cocktails to catch the incredible sunset and stay for a delicious meal. Definitely try the goat water (soup) for a delicious... More

Situated on the edge of the Rainforest Bananas is casual fun dining in a magical setting. We take our food very seriously but it is good home cooking prepared by hard working local ladies, not fancy or Gourmet.. However our menu is very creative and we use only fresh ingredients and where possible free range organic produce and meats. We have Magnificent Sunset views from our Firefly lounge and a superb selection of cocktails and old rums and a small selection of cuban Cigars.
