Patrick always gives the best customer service on Little Cayman!. Food was good, fish was real fresh and delicious. Southside Salad is very good and big enough to share.

With the Hungry Iguana being about the only restaurant on the island, we were worried that it would be a bit overpriced and underwhelming. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised to experience the exact opposite: Good food and reasonable prices. We dined here several times for lunch. Service was great, the portions were large and everything we ate was delicious. From... More

Stayed at Conch Condo's which was a mile or so from Hungry Iguana. It was our go to place for several nice dinners. Group of seven enjoyed menu and specialty fajita's night. Also stopped in for a scoop of the BEST homemade coconut ice cream. Fun atmosphere with several TV's showing sports from all over the world. Friendly, efficient wait... More

With limited resources you get a great selection for food and beer. Nice friendly staff and locals. Clean but a bit outdated. Place needs a major facelift but I guess that's just what the locals like. Who am I to critique. Overall a very strong four star

Originally from Grand Cayman, we decided to head to Little Cayman for a weekend getaway and we were not disappointed with the food at Hungry Iguana. Every day we tried something new for lunch and dinner and everything was so delicious. You cannot go wrong with choosing anything from the menu. I absolutely loved the grill mahi-mahi. The staff was... More

Every time we go to Little Cayman, we visit Hungry Iguana! Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, great food and drinks and an amazing view of the beach. You can even take a break and jump in the pool to cool down from the heat. The pizza is really good and all their plates are huge! After a scuba diving... More

It is about the only restaurant on Little Cayman and right on the water. We went there for lunch and had delicious grilled shrimp with the excellent view.

Not too many options on Little Cayman, but you can't go wrong here. Whether you want a burger, or something more exotic like lionfish fingers, this is a great place to eat and cool off.

We stopped at the Hungry Iguana for lunch. The food was excellent. We enjoyed Lionfish for the first time, as an appetizer. The soup was excellent and so was my Cheeseburger (in paradise!). Several visits from the large Iguana residing on the rear porch. Stopped in again for a drink at the full service bar prior to our planes departure.... More

Always a breeze off the sea. Wonderful spot. Great food. Conch bites and burgers. Fresh seafood. Doubles as the airport lounge.
