I cmae here on Saturday September 17th to get a curried goat dinner to take back yo my hotel. I also was interested in getting their doubles, a Trini dish with Indian bread folded over channa (chick Peas and sauce) and some home made pepper sauce. Unfortunately the doubles sold out earlier. My goat dinner also included some Trini spinach,... More

Some of the best food and great service with a Trini flare to it can be found here. I always make it a point to get a 'doubles' along with every meal if they are available at the time. *Doubles are very popular and get sold out very quickly because of how delicious they are to the majority of people.... It's difficult to say Singh's is less than good. Very good sometimes. This very much depends on staff and customers in the shop at any one time. Food is consistent lack of professionalism of some staff let's it down... Its that West Indian adage... its primarily a place of business.

I had the curried conch with roti for 9 kyd. Super tasty if you are looking for great local cuisine. Super clean and friendly staff. I took a bus from the Westin (10 minute ride) and walked around Georgetown for a bit soon after. I'd consider this worth a visit.

Went here while on vacation on Grand Cayman because of the positive reviews. We were very disappointed by the service and the quality of the food wasn't very good. I wouldn't recommend it.

At least once every two months my wife and I take home a delicious curry and roti or curry and West Indian puri. What's the difference? Try the West Indian version of purri with baked in dhal and you may never go back for curry and roti again. Singh's has a Trinidadian bias - and like all Caribbean islands that... More

I have eaten at this Roti stand for years and not written a review yet. Normally I enjoy a roti or some doubles for a quick meal at a reasonable price. Nothing fancy, but consistently good food. While the service has never been stellar it has been acceptable for a roti stand, and I have never had a bad experience.... More

Good was terrific! However, there was one staff that had quite an attitude. If you are having a bad day, just stay in the back & don't speak to customers because that's a turn off! If I hadn't ordered my food already, I would have walked out.

It was good to have been introduced to a place that's been right there under my nose all these many years. It was a pleasant surprise - the food and how nice the little place was in the heart of town. They have a very smart meal plan with a daily "platter" for each day of the week, at very... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian, the shrimp and the beef roti as well as the Caybrew beer. Servings were generous and there was lots of meat in the filling. If you like roti, don't miss this place when you're in George Town!
