Okay, the view here is worth a visit. Sit on the porch, watch the fish being fed, witness a sunset, its great. The food was good but not exceptional. I had the Cayman Trio...fish was a little dry. With that being said, I would return and recommend it.

We started at a table outside on the deck but found the street noise distracting. Moving inside to a window table overlooking the tarpon solved that problem. We had one of the catch of the day specials. Excellent quality, preparation and presentation. The staff were very attentive and accommodating.

Actually ate here twice in one week - first time just with my wife. Had great table at end of the deck overlooking the tarpon and stingrays swimming. Great meal. Went back send time with some friends - had another great meal. Both reasonably priced and both with great service. Would recommend to anyone eating in Georgetown.

We dined last week at the Lobster Pot and had a great experience. Alex was our server and did a great job - he was both attentive and helpful and we were not left waiting for anything. Of our entree's the trio (lobster, mahi and shrimp) was easily the favorite. Their location near the center of town is perfect and... More

Not only was the waterfront setting beautiful, everything about this restaurant was wonderful. The conch fritters were the best we had on the island. The lobster tail was perfectly cooked, as was the shrimp. Even though the restaurant was crowded, we didn't feel rushed at all. After having delicious coconut custard pie for dessert, Alex, our exceptional waiter, asked if... More

Having lived in Cayman for 5 years and not visited Lobster Pot we decided to give it a try. I am sorry to say it must be one of the worst experiences we have had here.Let me say first of all that the waiting staff were efficient and helpful. The food unfortunately was average to say the least. The lobster... More

Three of us adults hit the Lobster Pot late for dinner, without the kids (which was probably a good thing, in hindsight). Food, service, outdoor tables hanging over the waterfront (where the Cruise Ships dock on the western-side of George Town) was nothing short of spectacular. Dinner wasn't cheap ($350USD for 3 adults), but entirely worth it. Was a little... More

We wanted to try turtle (legally farmed in the Caymans), and this was one of the few places we could find that served it. Very nice setting, great wine list, the turtle appetizer and conch chowder were both delicious! Alex was our server, we appreciated his honesty and his humor!

Sitting on the second floor deck of the Lobster Pot, a venerable Georgetown dining spot, with a cool breeze and umbrella protection, my wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant lunch served by a delightful young Canadian named Jessi, whose enthusiasm for the restaurant was contagious. Wahoo was a featured fish of the day, which topped my caesar salad. My... More
