Interesting selections, fresh ingredients, wonderful service in a very intimate atmosphere. The wine room is the perfect size for an intimate special gathering!

This place is spectacular, really special. It has its own garden, fishing boat, egg production facility, and beehives. They are proud of their operation, and justifiably so. We had a wonderful meal here, and highly recommend it.

It seems the older I get and the healthier I try to eat the less choices I have for dining out. The Brasserie is a favorite because not only is the food amazingly delicious there are healthy, natural, local and home grown selections on the menu. Don't get me wrong, this is not a health food restaurant but it is... More

A great restaurant that caters to local business clients that does not attract the tourist crowd because of its location within the main business area - definately worth a visit.

This is one of my favourite restaurants on the island. I cannot remember ever having a disappointing meal. This was no exception. The tuna tartar and ceviche were amazing. I had the homemade pasta with mussels and bacon. It was Friday pizza night, And didn't expect to say that the pizza rates really high on my pizza scale. Excellent. The... More

The food is as fresh as it can be, from the restaurant's own garden to its personal fishing boat. While I found my soup a bit bland, my mother adored her pork belly appetizer. The bread and crisps, together with homemade hummus, were sensational. We both loved the red snapper. I was too full for dessert but my mom enjoyed... More

Out of the way, but so worth it. Everything is fresh, fresh, fresh! Not on the water, but the food and service more than made up for the lack of views. A truly memorable experience.

in a great setting, The Brasserie offers spectacular dishes and flavors. The Flavors are mainly developed in their private green house with herbs and veggies. Definitely a place to eat in Cayman. Great place for business lunch although it is a bit noisy

I took here for lunch following a week some atrocious food on a cruise ship. As a self confessed foodie I was desperate to find somewhere serving something a bit more refined and we got it here. The decor is lovely, it's location, on a business park felt a little odd but maybe that's just where the clients are in... More
