Love the location of this little joint. You can watch the divers while you eat and see all of Georgetown. The coconut shrimp are so good and the view cannot be beat!

On the crew’s recommendation after an RCI excursion, we went to Rackam’s for a quick lunch with great food (coconut shrimp and conch fritters – favorites of the trip!) and some White Tip beer. Could have stayed there all afternoon! We noticed some kids swimming and my oldest jumped in to cavort with the cow-like giant tarpons in the water.... More

The fried shrimp had more batter on it than anything - the server was nice - (found out that the 15% auto tip wasn't included at this restaurant) - Tarpon feeding was a joke. probably ok to be there for the "bar" but not the food for me.

Sit outside and have a drink and great food while watching the tarpon swim right below you. There are even spots to swim around in the clear waters around Rackam's while you hang out there.

I'm not a picky eater, but one of my few food peeves is most certainly raw or undercooked ground beef. So I usually (like today) reiterate more than once that I want the patty really, really, really well done. If you're going to charge me $18.00 CI for a burger it needs to be perfect and exactly the way I... More

Very friendly restaurant. We booked a table for 6.15PM but it looks like you really don't need to do that. We had a table right at the waters edge. There were already quite a few tarpons circling around waiting for the big feed at 7.30. Food was decent and reasonably priced, especially given the location. Our server took great care... More

We enjoyed our meals at Rackams. Our server was friendly and shared her experience growing up on Grand Cayman and going to school in north Texas. Parking lot is too small and difficult to navigate but street parking is available nearby.

Thank Ballyh0

Rackams Waterfront in george town is a beautiful rustic open air waterfront property. featuring ocean views and spectacular sunsets. The restaurant is built on natural wood decking surrounded by lush greenery. We are just a two minute walk from the heart of George Town the capital Cayman islands.Rackams is a great place for snorkeling too! From our ladder swim with the tarpon or enjoy a short swim to the wreck of the Cail. Bring the kids they will love the tarpon feeding every night at 7:30pm.Rackams was named after the notorious flamboyant pirate Calico Jack Rackham who as legend has it was one of the first pirates set foot in the Cayman Islands See you soon ; )
