Such a fantastic experience!! Food & staff were fabulous!! Just make sure to go on an empty stomach because you'll receive a bountiful amount of food!! I'm a born Caymanian and this is my favorite place to brunch! Absolutely LOVE it!!
My family and I loved brunch at Blue Cilantro for the past few years around 2 family members birthdays. This year we had a group of 25 people behind us. Usually groups that large are placed or should be placed in the room to the...left of the entrance. Instead as they all arrived, we were subject to their loud, obnoxious and crass language. This has always been a brunch you could bring kids to, we considered it more family style so we return year after year. We endured their behavior as the food slowed down. We spoke to the manager and politely asked if he could remind them that they are sharing the restaurant with other people, he said, it's brunch not dinner. A family in the same area complained, nothing done. Other group tables there for brunch and they were not overly loud at all. I work in hospitality and I could never answer a guest or deal with a complaint in such a dismissive manner, especially since the group didn't book the entire restaurant. The manager needs customer service training. This is not how we do things in Cayman. Luckily I experienced this before I suggested this brunch to one of our stay over guests.More
Blue Cilantro is always on their game. As soon as you walk in the door to when you leave - the service, cocktails and food are wonderful. We have been going here at least 3 times a month for the last year and every single...time it is great and enjoyable.More

Thank you Mr. Rob
See you soon and we will share your feedback with our team.
Even with reservation initial service was not so great. Almost 30 minutes just to get our first drink. Once we ordered seemed to move along better. Octopus and cevichesand were both very good appetizers. I had the crab cake app for entree and hubby had...Mahi entree which were both good.More
Visited with the extended family, ordered a few dishes, the portion size is very very small. Most starters have only 2pcs of the item. Taste wise the food is good. Menu is mainly continental and variety of drinks are available.
Its mainly a dinner for...2 type of restaurant and the service is amazing.
If you are looking for a lavish meal, would not recommend this. But if its date night, this restaurant would be highly recommended.
Requested for a dish that was not on the menu and the chef happily prepared it.More
Don’t let the entrance fool you (on a relatively busy roundabout). Once inside it’s elegant, artistically upscale and calming. Food presentations are big city top dining quality. Had the ceviche and market fish (blackened snapper). Excellent. Sides of puréed eggplant and creamed corn were very...good. Salted chocolate caramel was tasty. Didn’t do tasting menu this time but looked like a good idea for foodies. Would definitely do again.More
This was a very nice restaurant with a super looking bar. The service was great and the meal was very good. Don't go if you aren't planning on spending $120 per person including the cheaper bottles of wine.
The Good: Dishes that were well executed were great tasting as well as presentation.
The Bad: Paella had sand in many bites of food from different seafood. When we raised this to our server didn't seem to be concerned with the impact to our meal,...and made no effort to rectify. Initially made reservation to support the charity (Steak/seafood night), when we were seated had to ask about this "special" and then were given different menu, clearly not a priority for the wait staff. Additionally server and host were cool and lacked personality.More
