Not much is open in Spanish Town on a Sunday afternoon. But we found a real gem in Mermaid's. We had a Mahi wrap and it was very good. The view is like a postcard!

While having dinner, you can watch several tarpons swimming in the water thanks to submerged lighting. Good local food and atmosphere.

After spending the last 3 days trying to stop for lunch, we have yet to find it open. No sign or any reference as to the hours. Slightly disappointing as I was looking forward to trying this place out for lunch....
