New location, same great food! They are consistent and the service is always great! Served with a smile and ready to please! The ribs are some of the best we have ever had! To top it off, the coleslaw and potato salad are the best...More
When in VG, I always go here for drinks. The setting is right on the bay and you can see the Tarpon swimming nearby. It was empty in late Aug, as were other places, but other then Coco Maya next door not many on the...More
I visited Mermaid's. I am a return customer from last year. Wednesday is their live music night. The band and vocalists sang right thru' for hours the greatest from Bob Marley and R and B artists. They serve great drinks my favorite is the "pain...More

NIce views of the water, ok for lunch, fair service, a little over priced for what you get. We had cheeseburgers and they were pretty good. Credit card machine was down which required us to make a run to the ATM for cash.
This open air restaurant is directly on the water -- not the beach -- the water. You enter by walking across a wooden dock. You can see tarpon and other fish swimming in the clear waters from your table. I imagine kids would love this...More
