This was our second visit to Pineapple Petes. The menu has a great selection. The pasta was enough to share with tender and perfectly seasoned meats.

Food was good, service was SLOW and there was a distinct bad smell of sewage coming through the restaurant

Forget fall off the bone....think 'no chewing required'! The menu was very reasonably priced - we had the Lobster Thermidor, Chicken Finger burger, Fish and Chips (grouper) and baby back ribs (there were six of us). The atmosphere is great - live music was amazing, and not so loud you needed to raise your voice to talk across the table.... More

Didn't Meet My Expectations...but maybe I expected the wrong thing. I told our taxi cab driver that we wanted local island food. I suggested SkipJack's after reading their reviews but he convinced me that Pineapple Pete's had more variety. I listened. We ate around 8 pm and the place was quite empty. It started filling up shortly after we arrived... More

A local suggested Pineapple Pete and this restaurant is very good. The meal I had was excellent as I had the crusted ahi tuna. There was live entertainment which was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I went for supper the night we arrived on St. Maarten. It was close by and we had been there on a previous visit. I had the salmon bisque. It was very good, full of chunks of salmon, thick, almost like a mousse in texture, very flavourful. My husband had ribs (pork back ribs, St. Maarten is... More

Stopped after an activity to have early appetizers. Calamari was great - or so I was told. Had a salad with chicken - very good and plenty. Beer was cold for the boys.

This is a good local place to get a bite to eat the first day you arrive. Very good salmon and the tropical drinks my husband loved. The wine by the glass was affordable and good selection. They had someone playing the guitar as well that night. Very relaxed environment with good food.
