Was here in March was not overly impressed with Jimbos. Hostess Was not very welcoming when we came in our server was better, had Fajitas which was yeas amazing but ordered a Cesar salad and because I didn't want jalapeños I basically got a bowl of Romaine lettuce with Cesar dressing no croutons no Parmesan cheese just a bowl of... Hey there Homebody - I'm one too. Anyway, back to your review - I understand totally your take on the hostess and do apologize - she does get frustrated when its very busy...as far as your Caesar Salad, it comes in a crispy edible bowl, which is our version of croutons - should've had Parmesan cheese though - perhaps the... The food was good. We have been there before and kids were hoping to swim in the cool river that goes through the restaurant....but it was broken and has been for a few months....so no swimming. Too bad it's broken bc it added to the atmosphere at night with the lights in the water. The shrimp fajita was very good.... More

Hey Kim - thanks for the review! Sorry about the pool - its been down for about 3 weeks now...I am a renter, so I can only keep asking my landlord for it to be fixed...there is a major leak, so my water bill has been $3,000.00 per month for the last 4 months! We did not drain the pool... More

Presentation, taste, portion, service, atmosphere ALL EXCELLENT! Margarita is large and awesome! Rodesa was our server and was not only on top of being there when needed but funny and courteous. You don't always get that on the island. The owner made a stop at our table to make sure everything was good, we shared with him that it was... More

Found this place on trip advisor towards the end of our trip. We were looking for Mexican dinner. I don't think we would have found this place by driving by. It sits back off the road quite a ways. We had fajitas and anchaloda and taco salad. Everyone like their dinners and the waitress was great. Would recommend this place... More

My husband and I came here twice in one week! The drinks are delicious, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is fun and romantic! We loved it. Jimbo makes his own tequila! It was delicious!

We stopped by here for happy hour and to see if it was a place we wanted to eat. Like many places, they have 2 for the price of one drinks early in the evening. We looked at the menu, which is large and has many interesting things on it. But, what we couldn't get past, was it stunk there.... More

Hey there Norskies - its in the works, but difficult to find qualified people here to find a major leak in the pool - we have been treating the water however. Not sure what that smell was, but it isn't coming from the pool and it has disappeared, thank goodness! Hope to see you soon for dinner. Jimbo More

Good food and service. Our first time to Jimbos after visiting St. Maarten for years. Definitely a popular spot with the tourists. Best to visit during non peak times.
