Had a great burger and the usuals at Hard Rock in St Maarten. Great place to chill and have a beer and appies that you know and love. Just be aware that you can get your bottle of ice cold Carib for $2 or $3...depending by going one small block back for the front street. But for sure enjoy one get your glass but then carry on elsewhere!More

Disappointing, the service was extremely slow, i have been to many Hard Rock Cafe' s and never experienced this. The location is nicely on the boardwalk. The food was good and plentiful. Except for the service i would not recommend, many other place to enjoy.

My son and I visited the Hard Rock while visiting on the Celebrity Summit. We have found the HRC to be a great place to enjoy St Maarten as well as some awesome nachos. Their second story balcony allowed us to look over the beach...and do some serious people watching. Yolanda was an awesome server, patient and friendly. We wilm return here when we visit again.More

I’ve been to Hard Rock Cafe all over the world and this one of the worst ones about customer service. Came all the way just to eat a New York strip steak that they didn’t have, they didn’t have a birthday brownie, staff was very...rude and didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Too bad for a hard rock.More

Called in to buy t shirts....it's the law when on holiday!!.....went upstairs to the bar and relaxed with a couple of ice cold Carib beers. Just chilled, listened to Guns n Roses and enjoyed the view before a hard few hours sunbathing on the beach....St Maarten was our first stop off point on a 2 week cruise ....not a bad start!!.....Best view from any Hard Rock Cafe we've ever been toMore

Stopped here for lunch to get some cold drinks while enjoying a nice view from the second floor restaurant. Lunch food was good. Service was friendly. A bit expensive.

Called in here whilst walking along the Boardwalk, for a salted caramel coffee as on their advertising poster. We were seated at table by a member of staff, there was only another small group at another table so the place wasn’t exactly heaving. Another member...of staff came over with a food menu and we said we only wanted 2 salted caramel coffees, to which she snatched the menus back and said, “no we don’t have any”. So we left. I feel sure had we ordered food as well, she would have found 2 salted caramel coffees too. Just couldn’t be bothered. Very rude.More

Nothing worse than a cheesy knock off of the real thing and a thousand cruisers blocking the walk way to get a thoughtless “souvenir” for the grandkids. Don’t believe the he

After visiting various Caribbean islands I was looking forward to Hard Rock @ St Marten, food and drinks were standard. What was a let down was attitude from one of the staff, during the service and when paying the bill asked for a tip and...than went to table asking for a tip. Would have happily left a tip if the service was justified Its a shame it was a let down to team and the Hard Rock brand !!More
